    Defect

    On a specific batch of fuel injection pump pressure valve retainers the bottom washer may come undone. This would cause the valve to drop on to the pump element and in extreme cases fragments may block the control rod.

    Remedy

    Recall the affected vehicles for replacement of the original pressure valve retainers with quality assured examples.

    Defect

    Under certain loading conditions or as a result of incorrect installation the roof rack may become loose and fall from the vehicle.

    On the subject vehicles the wheel carrier bolts on each front hub may not have been tightened to the specified torque. This could result in detachment of the road wheel.

    Dennis Specialist Vehicles have written to the operators of all potentially affected vehicles advising that the carrier bolts should be checked and tightened where necessary to ensure adherence to the manufacturers specification.

    Recall the affected vehicles and:- 1) Check build date and replace clutch master cylinder where required. 2) Fit a water shield to the brake servo to protect the servo push rod. 3) Check the routing of the front brake hoses re-routing where required.
