25C79 Kuga - Powertrain Control Module Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 25C79 may not have been delivered properly and the Powertrain Control Module software may deliver lower power output than intended.
Update the Powertrain Control Module software and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
Electronic Brake System (EBS) module
On some vehicles the Electronics Stability Control (ESC) warning light and the relative warning message may appear on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and the ESC may deactivate. In the worst case the vehicle could lose controllability when braking due to Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) not being available.
Replace the Electronic Brake System (EBS) Module.
SRL260420 – MICHELIN26 – Check Tyres
At Mercedes-Benz we constantly monitor our products to ensure the highest quality and safety. The tyre supplier Michelin notified Daimler Truck AG as part of a voluntary declaration that a circumferential crack in the tyre sidewall may occur on your vehicle with 355/50 R 22.5 Michelin X MULTI Z and X LINE ENERGY Z type truck tyres. Vehicles that have been equipped with potentially affected Michelin tyres should therefore be checked.
As part of our planned recall campaign we will check the tires on potentially affected vehicles as a precautionary measure. Affected tires are then directly reported to Michelin and replaced.
25S19 Ranger – Automatic Transmission no reverse
Ford constantly monitors production processes and vehicles in service. While monitoring vehicles in operation we have become aware of a number of Ranger automatic transmission vehicles where you may experience no reverse motion when the gear selector is placed in reverse due to a potential issue with the transmission main control valve body. The Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) and Wrench light will illuminate when this malfunction occurs. The vehicle could roll forward despite the gear selector being in the reverse position depending on where parked. Unexpected vehicle motion can increase the risk of a crash.
Replace the transmission main control valve body
DBX Rear Lower Arm Bolt
On affected vehicles a reduced diameter shank bolt can cause the pin for the torque reaction link to move within the joint causing excessive wear and potential early failure. In a worst-case scenario failure of the rear lower suspension arm can affect vehicle handling and braking with an increased risk of a crash.
Replace the rear torque reaction bolts and if necessary replace the rear lower suspension arms.

Multi Vehicle Line (MVL): Telecommunications Control Module (TCU) loss of Function Software Update
Affected vehicles may experience a loss of emergency call system (eCall) functionality which impacts both automatic and manual eCall events.
Update the Telematics Control Unit software to the latest level.

Replacing seat belt with tensioner
On Audi Q5 vehicles manufactured within a specific period the belt tensioning function on the front seats does not comply with technical requirements. Although the seat belt is tightened in the event of an accident which requires this it cannot be held tight reliably which reduces the protective effect. For this reason one or both front seat belts – as required – will be replaced on affected Q5 vehicles.
Recall campaign 69GT must be performed on affected vehicles and the affected seat belts must be replaced as described in the Workshop Manual.
Some vehicles fitted with a high voltage battery may have internal cell voltage deviation
Some vehicles fitted with a high voltage battery may have internal cell voltage deviation. If this occurs it may result in the risk of an electrical short circuit inside the battery. Until the high voltage battery software has been updated we recommend the vehicle to be parked in a well ventilated area. The vehicle can be used as normal.
Hyundai has launched a Safety Recall to update the battery management system (BMS) software.
Urea Pump Replace
On affected vehicles an inadequate flow of AdBlue causes increased NOx and other pollutant emissions.
Replace the AdBlue pump.
2024-2026 MILWAUKEE-EIGHT AIRBOX BASEPLATE
The airbox baseplate may have a blocked breather port due to a supplier manufacturing issue. A blocked breather port can result in pressure build-up in the crankcase. If the dipstick is removed while the Version: 3.0 (Jan 2025) crankcase is pressurized oil may be discharged from the fill spout creating a risk of injury.
Verify that air flows through the hose and into air box backing plate. If the air box backing plate port is blocked rework the breather passage.
