BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET MAY CRACK
There is a possibility that the brake pedal bracket could crack and lead to a malfunction of the brake pedal.
Recall affected vehicles for inspection and if required replacement of the brake pedal bracket with an improved version.

BRAKE LIGHTS MAY FAIL TO OPERATE REMAIN ON OR FLICKER
There is a possibility that the brake light switch circuits may become defective and cause the brake light circuit to fail stay on continuously or flicker. In extreme cases the brake switch could overheat.
Recall affected vehicles and replace brake light switch with a modified version.

FRONT FORKS MAY BREAK
There is a possibility that the front shock forks may break resulting in loss of control.
Recall affected cycles for inspection and if necessary front fork replacement.
BRAKE CALIPER CONCERN
Some front brake calipers on the affected vehicles may have been manufactured using an incorrect material and may crack and leak under heavy load.
Recall potentially affected vehicles and replace all front brake calipers that are found to be in the suspect range.

Recall potentially affected vehicles and replace all front brake calipers that are found to be in the suspect range.
POSSIBILITY THAT AXLE MAY BECOME DETACHED
There is a possibility that the suspension unit/axle may become detached from its mounting as a result of failure of the weld joints.
Recall affected trailers to modify suspension unit/axle mountings.
POTENTIAL PREMATURE WEAR OF STEERING BALL JOINTS
Faulty seals could lead to premature wear of the track rod bearings (ends) and if the warning noises are ignored it is possible that the track rod bearing pin could work loose and affect steering control.
Recall vehicles in order to replace the track rod ends with ones fitted with an improved seal.

POSSIBLE LOSS OF DRIVE AND TRANSMISSION PARK FACILITY
A bolt in the transmission can loosen and fall out disengaging the transmission from the differential. If this condition occurs while the vehicle is being driven it could cause an unexpected loss of drive. If the vehicle is stopped with the transmission in the PARK position and the parking brake is not engaged the vehicle could move unexpectedly.
Affected vehicles are being recalled to have an updated sealing bolt and O-ring installed.
PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG MAY INADVERTENTLY DEPLOY
Possibility that passenger side air bag may be sensitive to electrostatic discharge and may inadvertently deploy.
Recall affected vehicles and fit an additional grounding wire to electrical system.

HEADLAMPS MAY FAIL TO OPERATE
The master lighting switch on the instrument panel may cease functioning. In such cases the headlamps may fail to operate.
Recall affected vehicles and replace switch with quality assured unit.
DOOR LATCH CONCERN
Some vehicles have been built with door latches which may not be to specification. An internal plastic pawl within the assembly may seize which results in the latch failing to function as designed preventing the door being securely shut.
Recall affected vehicles and fit quality assured replacement door latches.

SECURITY OF CENTRE STAND
The centre stand bolt may loosen and fall out if the centre stand is frequently used. This may cause the stand to bend resulting in contact with the drive chain or rear wheel. In extreme circumstances the stand could become displaced which may cause the rider to lose control of the motorcycle.
Recall affected machines to add locking plates and longer centre stand bolts. Renew the centre stand if it is damaged.
ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM RELAY CONTACTS STICKING
Land Rover have identified a concern associated with the Anti-Lock Braking (ABS) system. This may give the feeling of the vehicle Self-braking under normal driving conditions following normal brake pedal application caused by the contacts within the ABS relay sticking. Should this occur a very slight retardation may be felt within the vehicle until the contacts within the ABS relay are released.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the ABS relay with a quality assured unit.
STEERING LEVER SECURITY CONCERN
On a small number of vehicles the front axle offside and nearside track rod lever bolts are of incorrect quality and could fail which could lead to the track rod lever coming adrift.
Recall affected vehicles and fit quality assured replacement bolts.
PASSENGER SEAT FRAME MOUNTING POINT RIVET FRACTURED
Expander bar split on engagement/locking device.
Recall affected vehicles and replace defective parts with quality assured items.
