DIESEL FUEL MAY DILUTE ENGINE OIL
A brass plug in the fuel injector body may come loose. If this happens diesel fuel will dilute engine oil. An increase in exhaust smoke may occur. There is also a possibility that oil and fuel would vent through the breather pipe to atmosphere.
Recall affected vehicles and check or replace fuel injectors.
DRIVERS CAB MAY COLLAPSE WHEN TILTED
The drivers cab tilt cylinder support bracket may fail resulting in the cab collapsing when tilted.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the support bracket with a modified type.

SPARE WHEEL CARRIER MAY BECOME DETACHED
The spare wheel carrier fixing bolts may become loose which may result in the spare wheel carrier becoming detached.
Recall affected vehicles and retorque and/or replace fixing bolts.
OIL FILLER CAP MAY BECOME LOOSE
Oil filler cap may become loose resulting in oil dripping onto the exhaust heat shield.
Replace oil filler cap with a new redesigned version.
ENGINE MAY LOSE POWER
Engine may lose power due to a malfunction in the power train control module software.
Recall affected vehicles and re-programme the power train module.
BRAKE BACKPLATE MAY BECOME INSECURE
The studs that secure the front brake backplate to the front axle may not have gone through the hardening process. This means the studs are soft and could crack causing the brake backplates to loosen from the front axle.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the studs with quality assured fixings.
BOND BETWEEN BRAKE PAD MATERIAL AND BACKING PLATE MAY FAIL
A) There is a possibility that the bond between the brake pad material and its backing plate on the original/standard front brake pad may become weakened due to corrosion and eventually may fail with a possible loss of braking ability from the front brake
A) Recall affected machines and replace front brake pads with a modified type.
SIDE STAND SWITCH MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY
There is a possibility that the screws holding the side stand switch may vibrate loose and eventually fall out. The switch would not then function correctly and it may be possible to start the engine and ride the machine with the side stand down.
Recall affected machines to replace screws holding the side stand switch with a combination of bolts and nuts.
OIL MAY LEAK FROM OIL PUMP AND MAY CONTAMINATE REAR WHEEL
The circlip which holds the spring loaded thermostatic element in the oil pump housing may work loose and cause oil to leak out and make its way to the rear wheel whilst the motorcycle is ridden and may place safety of rider at risk.
Recall affected motorcycles and check circlip location. If faulty oil thermostat unit will be replaced.
ELECTRICAL WIRING MAY OVERHEAT
There is a risk that under severe operating conditions the engine radiator fan supply cables could overheat with a possible short circuit and fire.
Recall affected vehicles and check and modify the cables.
STEERING RACK MOUNTING BRACKETS MAY CRACK
There is a possibility that stress cracking of the steering rack mounting brackets may occur which could impede steering action.
Recall affected vehicles and replace brackets with modified type.

POSSIBLE LOSS OF AIR SUPPLY TO TRAILER AIR RESERVOIRS
After manual application there is a possibility that the trailer manoeuvring shunt valve may not return to its run position when tractor/trailer suzies have been reconnected resulting in loss of air supply to trailer reservoirs.
Replace affected valves with quality assured units
ACE SYSTEM HIGH PRESSURE PIPES MAY LEAK FLUID
The ACE system high pressure pipes may under certain conditions fracture and leak fluid. In extreme circumstances should the vehicle continue to be driven and sufficient fluid expelled into the engine bay and an ignition source is present the fluid could ignite.
Recall affected vehicles and replace ACE high pressure pipes.
HEATER BOOSTER CONCERN
Electrical heater booster may fail to switch off after the vehicle has been parked. This in extreme cases may lead to an under bonnet fire.
Recall affected vehicles and install a relay and temperature controlled cut out to control the electrical heater booster.
POSSIBILITY THAT VEHICE MAY BECOME UNSTABLE WHEN BRAKING UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS
The anti-lock braking system electronic control under certain heavy braking conditions may fail resulting in the braking action being biased to the rear wheels which may cause instability.
Recall affected vehicles and replace software in anti-lock braking system electronic control unit.
PARKING BRAKE MAY INADVERTENTLY BE ACTIVATED
The non-return valve on the 4-way protection valve has been fitted in the wrong position. If there is a large leak in the main brake air feed circuit to the trailer brakes all air pressure will be lost in the parking brake circuit. The parking brake will then be activated therein locking the rear wheels on the tractor unit.
Recall affected vehicles and remove the non-return valve from the inlet side to the outlet side of the 4-way protection valve.
POSSIBLE FRACTURE OF THE FINAL DRIVE CHAIN
Due to an inappropriate heat treatment being applied during the manufacturing process a possibility exists that the final drive chain may fracture whilst the motorcycle is in use. Should failure occur loss of drive and possibly motorcycle instability may result.
Recall all affected motorcycles for the fitment of a quality controlled replacement drive chain.

THE INJECTOR PUMP DELIVERY VALVE RETAINERS MAY FRACTURE RESULTING IN FUEL LEAKAGE
The fuel delivery valve retainers may fracture. This may result in fuel mist being emitted in to the engine compartment and presenting a fire risk
Recall all affected vehicles for the fitment of quality controlled delivery valve retainers
