POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO FUEL HOSE
The flexible fuel feed hose may incur internal damage when the petrol tank is lifted during routine maintenance. A damaged pipe may subsequently leak and cause a fire risk.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a longer fuel pipe to provide an additional margin when the tank is lifted.
REAR SUSPENSION LOWER ARM BOLTS COULD BREAK
There is a possibility that the rear suspension lower arm bolt could break due to improper heat treatment. Vehicle handling and control would be reduced.
Recall affected vehicles and replace lower arm suspension bolts with quality assured type.

There is a possibility that the rear suspension lower arm bolt could break due to improper heat treatment. Vehicle handling and control would be reduced.
Recall affected vehicles and replace lower arm suspension bolts with quality assured type.
TRAILER STABILITY MAY BE AFFECTED
The anti-swing damper device efficiency might have been decreased and may affect the stability of the trailer.
Recall affected trailers and fit modified anti-swing damper clamping device.
FUEL TANK PIPE UNION MAY DETACH
Instances have occurred where the fuel pipe bayonet connection in the nearside tank on vehicles fitted with twin tanks has dislodged causing a discharge of fuel onto the road.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a modified fuel pipe connector.
REAR WHEEL MAY LOCK UP
The replacement cam chain tensioner used in the last recall has not been providing consistent tension adjustment to the cam chain. This can cause abnormal engine noises and could lead to the failure of the cam chain tensioner adjuster. This could cause the rear wheel to lock up and may disturb the riders ability to control the motorcycle which could result in an accident.
Recall affected machines and fit ratchet type chain tensioner adjuster kit.

POTENTIAL LOSS OF PAS OIL
Insufficient tightening of the power assisted steering damper screw may result in oil leakage. This oil may in extreme circumstances contact the exhaust system with the risk of an under bonnet fire.
Recall affected vehicles and check the torque of the steering damper fastening screw. Replace the damper O ring seals if they are leaking.
INTERMITTENT LOSS OF ENGINE POWER ON START UP.
A fault in the ignition software may result in misfiring and power loss on one bank of cylinders. This situation could also cause overheating of the exhaust catalyst.
Affected Vehicles are being recalled for replacement of the power train control module.(PCM)

SEAT BELT BUCKLE CONCERN
A component within each front seat belt buckle may have received insufficient heat treatment. This may result in unintentional release of the set belt latch if it is subjected to a loading which exceeds the standard specified by EEC Regulation 16 during an accident.
Recall vehicles and check production date codes on both front seat belt buckle assemblies. Replace all buckle assemblies falling within the affected production dates with quality assured units.
FRONT SUSPENSION MAY COLLAPSE
There is a possibility that the front stub axle on one or both sides of the vehicle may have been incorrectly machined. This could result in excessive wear the lower ball joint becoming displaced and the collapse of the suspension.
Recall affected vehicles and check and if necessary replace both front stub axles.
FUEL LEAK MAY OCCUR
There is a possibility that the fuel level sender may leak fuel over the engine. A fire risk may exist.
Recall affected machines and replace fuel level sender unit.
FUEL LEAK MAY OCCUR
There is a possibility that the fuel level sender may leak fuel over the engine. A fire risk may exist.
Recall affected machines and replace fuel level sender unit.
POSSIBLE INSECURITY OF STEERING ROD
The steering rod may not be sufficiently torqued to either the Pitman arm or the steering arm on the stub axle.
Affected vehicles are being recalled for checking and where required retorqueing of both connections on the steering arm.
FUEL LEAK MAY OCCUR
There is a possibility that the fuel level sender may leak fuel over the engine. A fire risk may exist.
Recall affected machines and replace fuel level sender unit.
VEHICLE MAY MOVE FORWARD WHEN REVERSE GEAR ENGAGED
There is a possibility that the vehicle concerned has been delivered with a defect in the software program which could result in the vehicle moving forward when engaging reverse gear.
Recall the affected vehicle and reprogramme software. At the same time further upgrades will be carried out to the accelerator pedal.
FRONT FLEXIBLE BRAKE HOSE
Brake fluid may seep from the front flexible brake hoses impairing the efficiency of one or both braking circuits.
Recall the affected vehicles for replacement of both front flexible brake hoses.
SUSPENSION BALL JOINT MAY DISENGAGE
There is a possibility that due to incorrect machining of the suspension ball joint clamp bolt hole on the pivot the ball joint may disengage.
Recall affected vehicles and check and replace pivot if necessary.
UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF SIDE AIR BAGS
Possibility of unintentional deployment of either side air bags
Recall affected vehicles and replace both side air bag control units.
POSSIBLE INADVERTENT DEPLOYMENT OF BOTH AIRBAGS
The computer which controls the deployment of the Airbags may be incorrectly programmed. The Airbags may inadvertently deploy.
Recall affected vehicles and change the computer which controls the deployment of the Airbags.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL
One or more heads of the top and bottom steering lever securing bolts may detach resulting in a loss of steering control.
Recall affected vehicles and fit quality assured replacement bolts.
OPERATION OF ACCELERATOR PEDAL MAY BE AFFECTED
There is a possibility that the driver's side carpet mat may rotate around the central fixing and interfere with the operation of the accelerator pedal.
Recall affected vehicles and replace mat with re-designed type.
