POTENTIAL REDUCTION OF SERVICE BRAKE EFFORT
The possibility exists that the rear axle modulator valve may leak due to internal corrosion.
Recall affected vehicles and check and if required replace the valve with a quality assured unit. Additionally a protective cover will be fitted to valves.
SIDE IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM CONCERN
Transposed wiring in the side impact protection system (SIPS) may result in deployment of the air bag opposite to the side of an impact.
Check the electrical wiring connections of the SIPS installation and correct any which are found to be transposed.
BRAKING EFFICIENCY MAY BE REDUCED
The nipple for the brake booster vacuum hose may become choked due to adhesion and accumulation of combustion products from the engine. This may cause in the worst case reduced braking efficiency after operating the brake pedal several times in a short period.
Recall affected vehicles to relocate nipple from intake manifold to resonator to avoid accumulation of combustion products.

Recall affected vehicles to relocate nipple from intake manifold to resonator to avoid accumulation of combustion products.
SUSPENSION TIE-ROD MAY FRACTURE
Under rigorous driving conditions there is a possibility that the tie-rod may fracture and may affect steering control.
Recall affected vehicles and replace tie-rod with modified type.

Under rigorous driving conditions there is a possibility that the tie-rod may fracture and may affect steering control.
Recall affected vehicles and replace tie-rod with modified type.
SUSPENSION TIE-ROD MAY FRACTURE
Under rigorous driving conditions there is a possibility that the tie-rod may fracture and may affect steering control.
Recall affected vehicles and replace tie-rod with modified type.
BRAKES MAY BIND
There is a possibility that due to insufficient lubrication the parking brake cable might not fully return when released. This may cause the brakes to bind.
Recall affected vehicles and replace parking brake cables with modified type.
FUEL RETURN PIPE MAY FRACTURE AND LEAK
There is a possibility that due to vibration the steel fuel return pipe to fuel filter may fracture and leak. Fuel may be deposited upon the engine and ignite.
Recall affected vehicles and replace fuel return pipe with a flexible pipe.
TREAD SEPARATION MAY OCCUR
There is a possibility that in certain circumstances and operating conditions that tread separation and rapid tyre deflation may occur. This could result in the vehicle handling being affected.
Recall affected tyres and replace with quality assured type.

Recall affected tyres and replace with quality assured type.
TRAILER KING PIN RUBBING PLATE MAY CRACK
There is a possibility that cracking may occur around the rubbing plate area on certain tipping trailers if king pin is fitted in rear position.
Recall affected trailers to check condition of rubbing plate and to fix decal to trailer advising customers to fit king pin in forward position.
PILLION SEAT MAY BECOME DETACHED
There is a possibility that the pillion seat fixing bolt may work lose eventually allowing the seat to move and in extreme cases become detached.
Recall affected machines to fit a revised method of attachment for the pillion seat.
POSSIBLE FIRE RISK
Due to a short circuit there is a possibility that the heater blower motor regulator may overheat Charring and smouldering may occur if ignored.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the blower motor regulator with a quality assured unit.
REAR SHOCK ABSORBER MAY BREAK.
There is a possibility that the rear shock absorber may break and cause the underside of the machine to drag on the ground. This may adversely affect the handling and could cause an accident.
Recall affected vehicles and fit shock absorber reinforcing kit.

AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT AND / OR AIRBAGS MAY OPERATE/ DEPLOY WITHOUT WARNING.
The Airbag control module may corrode internally due to water intrusion. Internal corrosion could cause illumination of the Airbag warning light or cause the Airbags to deploy without warning.
Recall affected vehicles and replace Airbag control module with a modified type.
FUEL VAPOUR RE- CIRCULATION PIPE MAY BECOME DAMAGED
The fuel vapour re-circulation pipe could foul against the air-conditioning compressor pulley resulting in possible damage to the pipe and the risk of fire.
Recall affected vehicles and reposition re-circulation pipe away from compressor pulley.
THE BRAKE SYSTEM LSV PILOT TUBE MAY CHAFE ON THE VEHICLE FLOORPAN
The brake system LSV pilot tube may chafe on the vehicle floorpan. Over time the wall thickness may reduce and allow fluid leakage resulting in reduced brake efficiency.
Recall affected vehicles and check LSV pilot tubes for chafing and either reposition or replace pipes.
POSSIBILITY OF FUEL LEAKAGE & FIRE RISK.
There is a possibility that the fuel filter may perforate due to corrosion and fuel may leak.
Recall affected vehicles and replace fuel filter with modified type.
BRAKE PIPE MAY CHAFE ON FLOORPAN
The metal brake pipe linking the front brake circuit to the rear brake pressure regulation valve may chafe on floorpan which could over time lead to perforation brake fluid loss and consequential reduced brake efficiency.
Recall affected vehicles inspect adjust clearance/renew brake pipe as appropriate.
FRONT DRIVER/CO-DRIVER SEAT LOCKING MECHANISM MAY BECOME INOPERATVE
Front driver and co-driver seat locking mechanism may become inoperative. Seats may become insecure.
Recall affected vehicles and replace easy entry spring housing on driver and co-driver seat frame.
