POTENTIAL FRACTURE OF ROAD WHEELS
Fractures may develop around the nave of the road wheel rim. If undetected this could result in complete separation of wheel rim/tyre.
Operators of potentially affected cranes are being supplied with replacement wheel rims of an alternative type. After fitment of these wheels to each crane the Operators concerned will confirm this action in writing to Liebherr Great Britain Limited to enable the replacement programme to be monitored.
ENGINE STOP SWITCH MALFUNCTION
The engine stop switch contact springs do not meet specification. Under certain riding conditions such as rough or bumpy roads the engine may misfire or stop.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a quality assured engine stop switch.
BRAKE LAMP SWITCH JUMPER HARNESS CONCERN
Affected vehicles have brass terminal (instead of bronze) in the brake lamp switch jumper harness. This could lead to malfunction of the brake lamp switch.
Brake lamp switch jumper harness to be replaced on all affected vehicles brake lamp switch to be inspected for heat damage and replaced if necessary.
UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAG
Exposure to high humidity conditions may result in corrosion that can cause the drivers front air bag to deploy unintentionally.
Recall affected vehicles and replace air bag.
UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAG
Exposure to high humidity conditions may result in corrosion that can cause the drivers front air bag to deploy unintentionally.
Recall affected vehicles and replace air bag.
CRANKSHAFT PULSE ROTOR MALFUNCTION
The crankshaft pulse rotor may develop stress cracks causing ignition loss and the engine to stop.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a new crankshaft pulse rotor which has improved shape and strength.

BATTERY CABLE AND ALTERNATOR B+ STUD CONCERN.
Battery cable may be misrouted and/or a loose connection at the alternator B+ stud which could cause a risk of an electrical short.
B+ stud torque to be checked. Battery cable routing to be checked and any damaged cables to be replaced.
STARTER MOTOR RELAY
The starter relay may allow the starter motor to operate independently of the ignition switch. In extreme cases this could lead to the movement of the vehicle if left in gear or a fire hazard.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured starter motor relay.

GAS CONVERSION MAY NEUTRALISE ENGINE REV LIMITER
Engine speed may exceed the permitted rpm and cause the automatic gearbox to shift to neutral.
Fit a control box which at 5500 rpm will switch the engine fuelling system back to petrol ensuring that the engine maximum speed is under the control of the O/E rev limiter.
POWER ASSISTED STEERING CONCERN
Possible failure of low pressure power steering pipe connection with leakage of fluid and loss of power assistance.
Recall affected vehicles replace all high and low pressure oil supply and return pipes. Replace oil cooler and refill system with upgraded specification PAS oil.
FRONT AIRBAG CONTROL UNIT CONCERN
Child seat safety cradle with transponder may not interact as intended with front passenger smart Airbag deactivation function. Software concern with control unit.
Replace front Airbag control unit with a quality assured item.
BRAKES MAY NOT PERFORM TO SPECIFICATION
Due to an internal issue with the brake master cylinder it is possible that when the vehicle is operated at ambient temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius there maybe an increase in brake travel which may increase stopping distances.
Recall all affected vehicles for the replacement of the brake master cylinder.
EXHAUST PIPE MAY BREAK
There is a possibility that the end part of the exhaust pipe could break off at the welding seam to the rear of the muffler. Hot exhaust gases could in isolated cases cause the risk of substantial consequential heat damage in the rear region of the vehicle.
Recall affected vehicles and replace rear exhaust section with a stainless steel version if not already replaced due to regular muffler wear.
POSSIBLE TREAD SEPARATION
Low adhesion within steel breaker may lead to separation of the breaker and/or the tread from the carcass.
Recover all suspect tyres and supply quality assured replacements.
FIRE IN AUXILIARY HEATER WIRING LOOM
Electrical fault in the 24 volt supply to the auxiliary heater resulted in a fire.
INTERIM REMEDY:- Disconnect and insulate the electrical supply to the heater and turn off the fuel supply tap.

CHILD SAFETY LOCK CONCERN
Possible faulty wiring harness in the rear doors may result in the powered child safety locks not operating.
Recall affected vehicles check the child locks for effective and reliable operation and renew any faulty power supply wiring harness.
REAR SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE CONCERN
Left and right hand rear outer seat belt bottom fixing bolts may have been incorrectly torqued.
Recall affected vehicle check and tighten the seat belt fixing bolts to the correct torque where necessary.
CHILD RESTRAINT ANCHOR BRACKET CONCERN
The bolts securing the child restraint anchor bracket to the rear floor at the right hand side may have been insufficiently tightened. If an ISOFIX type child restraint is fitted to this bracket it may be insecure.
Recall affected vehicles check and tighten the anchor bracket bolts where necessary.
