DETERIORATION OF FUEL LINES
Flexible fuel line connecting the fuel tank flange to the pressure regulator may be liable to premature degradation and subsequently leak.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a quality assured replacement fuel line.

Flexible fuel line connecting the fuel tank flange to the pressure regulator may be liable to premature degradation and subsequently leak.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a quality assured replacement fuel line.
TRAILER RUBBING PLATE MAY CRACK.
Trailer rubbing plate may crack around the king pin.
Recall affected vehicles apply strengthening welds and stiffening angle members to the rubbing plate.
DETERIORATION OF FUEL LINES
Flexible fuel line connecting the fuel tank flange to the pressure regulator may be liable to premature degradation and subsequently leak.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a quality assured replacement fuel line.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL
Under severe and extreme conditions where the vehicle is used mainly off-road in a wet muddy environment it is possible that the tapered section of the ball pin on the steering 'Pitman arm' may break. This in the worst case could result in a loss of steering control.
Recall the affected vehicles and replacing the Pitman arm with a quality assured component.
DETERIORATION OF FUEL LINES
Flexible fuel line connecting the fuel tank flange to the pressure regulator may be liable to premature degradation and subsequently leak.
Recall affected motorcycles and fit a quality assured replacement fuel line.
POSSIBILITY OF INCORRECT BRAKE OPERATION.
There is a possibility that the brake pedal lock pin which ensures a positive connection of the brake pedal to the braking system may be incorrectly installed. In such cases it is possible that excessive free play in the brake pedal can occur leading to incorrect brake pedal operation. The clutch may also be similarly affected.
Recall affected vehicles to check for correct installation of the lock pins. If either lock pin is not correctly installed the pin will be re-installed correctly.
FUEL LEAKAGE CONCERN
Fuel tank may leak.
Recall affected vehicles check the fuel tank for leaks and replace where necessary.
REAR ENGINE LIFTING EYES CONCERN.
Due to engine vibrations the rear engine lifting eyes may crack and possibly break when lifting the engine out.
Recall affected vehicles and fit modified left and right hand rear lifting eyes.
STEERING RACK MAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO PREMATURE WEAR AND POSSIBLE TOOTH DAMAGE.
A batch of steering rack assemblies has been identified as having been built with rack bars which have been subjected to an incorrect heat treatment rendering them susceptible to premature wear and possible tooth damage.
Recall affected vehicles for a check of the steering rack assembly batch number. If this is confirmed as within the suspect batch the steering rack assembly is to be renewed.
POSSIBLE FAILURE OF DEMIST/DEFROST SYSTEM
A diode in the climate control system may not be sufficiently durable. In consequence the fan may stop working resulting in failure of the demist/defrost system.
Affected vehicles are being recalled for the installation of an additional heater fan cable harness which includes a climate control diode.

Affected vehicles are being recalled for the installation of an additional heater fan cable harness which includes a climate control diode.
LIGHTING EQUIPMENT SWITCHGEAR CONCERN.
The steering column lighting switchgear wires can potentially become trapped leading to partial loss of lighting functionality during operation.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured steering column switchgear assembly
LIGHTING EQUIPMENT SWITCHGEAR CONCERN.
The steering column lighting switchgear wires can potentially become trapped leading to partial loss of lighting functionality during operation.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured steering column switchgear assembly
TANDEM BRAKE SERVO OPERATION
The hydraulic seals in the tandem brake servo may have been damaged. This could adversely affect the efficiency of the service brake.
Recall affected vehicle range and check/replace the tandem brake servo with a quality assured unit.
POSSIBLE WATER INGRESS ON FRONT BRAKE CYLINDER
The front brake cylinder may have been installed with the chamber breather hole uppermost. This could lead to the ingress of water and subsequent corrosion of the brake cylinder.
Recall affected vehicles and renew all front brake cylinders installed with the breather holes uppermost.
REAR BRAKE CALIPER FASTENERS
The rear brake caliper retaining bolts may have been under torqued.
Recall affected vehicles and check the tightness of the relevant bolts. Renew any bolts found to be under torqued.
REAR BRAKE CALIPER FASTENERS
The rear brake caliper retaining bolts may have been under torqued.
Recall affected vehicles and check the tightness of the relevant bolts. Renew any bolts found to be under torqued.
LIFT AXLE LOCATING BRACKET MAY CRACK
Mid lift axle front hanger and air bag pedestal mounting may not have been welded to the inside of the chassis mounting bracket. This could lead to stress fatigue and subsequent failure.
Examine affected vehicles and replace the mounting brackets where necessary.
INCORRECT AIR BRAKE PIPING CONNECTIONS
It has been found on some of the F2000 and TGA variants fitted with the Hendrickson Mid-Lift Axle assembly that the connections to the relay valve fitted to this application may have been incorrectly connected to the ports 41 and 1.
Recall affected vehicles check for incorrect pipe connections and rectify where found necessary.

Recall affected vehicles check for incorrect pipe connections and rectify where found necessary.
COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM CAN FREEZE UP
Air from the compressor may freeze up in the spiral cooling pipe and in the pipe upstream of the air dryer or ECAM unit. This could reduce the efficiency of the service brakes.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the spiral cooling pipe with a shorter version. Also replace the polyamide pipe leading from the steel pipe in the frame to the ECAM unit or to the air dryer by a steel pipe.
PASSENGER AIR BAG CONCERN
The passenger airbag may not release correctly because of a leak in the pressure reservoir of the gas generator.
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the passenger air bag.
POTENTIAL FRACTURE OF ROAD WHEELS
Fractures may develop around the nave of the road wheel rim. If undetected this could result in complete separation of wheel rim/tyre.
Operators of potentially affected cranes are being supplied with replacement wheel rims of an alternative type. After fitment of these wheels to each crane the Operators concerned will confirm this action in writing to Liebherr Great Britain Limited to enable the replacement programme to be monitored.
