POSSIBLE FUEL LEAKAGE
Certain injectors may suffer quality problems affecting the connection to the pressure pipe. This can result in cracking of the injector connection and a subsequent fuel leak.
Remove and examine the fuel injectors and renew any found to be part of the faulty batch.
LUGGAGE RACK MAY BECOME INSECURE
The optional rear luggage rack kit may have been supplied with plain fixing nuts instead of self locking ones. The use of the incorrect nuts could result in the rack assembly becoming insecure.
Replace the four plain fixing nuts with self locking type.
STOP LAMPS MAY FAIL TO ILLUMINATE
Oil residue from the brake pedal bracket may contaminate the stop lamp switch and cause the stop lamps to fail.
Clean the oil residue from the brake pedal bracket and fit a new stop lamp switch.
POSSIBLE CRACKING OF FORK TUBE CLAMP
Possible cracking of fork tube lower triple clamp during manufacturer. Failure in use may cause partial or total loss of steering stability.
All machines fitted with triple clamps within the affected range will be initially checked and if necessary new quality assured triple clamps will be fitted.
AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY
On 79 vehicles within the VIN ranges affected (with 3-spoke sports steering wheel) it is possible that in the event of a collision impact above the triggering threshold of the airbags the driver's airbag may not be deployed.
The drivers airbag unit will be replaced on all affected vehicles with 3-spoke sports steering wheel.

EMERGENCY DOOR MAY JAM WHEN OPENED
The emergency exit door does not fit flush into it's aperture at the top edge. This can cause the door to jam in the frame when being opened.
Fit a dovetail guide plate at the top of the door frame.
SHARP EDGE ON LOADING RAMP
There is a sharp edge on the rear loading ramp which under certain conditions could injure an animal if it should slip.
Fit a protective cover strip to the exposed sharp edge.

BRAKE PIPE MAY CHAFE ON CABLE BRACKET
The metal brake pipe between the master cylinder and the ABS unit may chafe on a cable bracket. A seriously damaged brake pipe will reduce the braking efficiency.
Check brake pipe condition and clearances. Renew any damaged pipes.
DRIVERS WINDOW MAY SHATTER
The drivers side window may shatter
Fit additional support/anti vibration rubbers to the side window.
POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT
The B+ cable can chafe against the cab anchorage. This will cause the insulation on the cable to wear and ultimately result in a short circuit.
Examine B+ cable for chafing damage and repair or renew as appropriate.
WIRING HARNESS MAY CHAFE ON STEERING COLUMN
When turning the steering wheel the electrical wiring cable harness can chafe on the steering column. In the worst case a short circuit may occur.
Examine harness for chafing damage and repair or renew as appropriate.
UNINTENDED SELECTION OF REVERSE GEAR
Faulty software may activate reverse gear when travelling at speeds below 3 kph.
Provide new software for the engine transmission and gearshift control units.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CONCERN
Faulty electrical connectors could result in loss of headlights and warning signals and failure of the engine to start.
Check the electrical connectors for compliance with the specification and renew where necessary.
CAR SPOILER MAY BECOME DETACHED
There is a possibility that the car spoiler may become loose or detached.
Recall affected vehicles to revise spoiler fixing method to bolts.
FRONT HUB CAP MAY COME LOOSE
The front hub cap may loosen and allow the ingress of road grit and water. Subsequent failure of the hub bearing may result.
Fit an inproved design hub cap.
