REPLACE DRIVERS AIRBAG
On vehicles in the affected range there is a possibility that the cover of the driver's airbag can come into contact with the driver if the airbag is triggered.
Recall affected vehicles to replace the driver's airbag
UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF AIRBAG
A possible fault in the microprocessor in the air bag control unit could lead to an uncontrolled setting of the output signals from the control unit immediately after switching on the ignition. In unfavourable conditions this may lead to components of the safety and restraint system being triggered. This fault does not affect the vehicle while the car is being driven.
Recall affected vehicles and replace and code the air bag control unit.
HIGH ENGINE SPEED IDLE CONDITION MAY OCCUR
A screw in the motorised throttle idle actuator (MTIA) could be faulty. A faulty MTIA could result in a high engine speed.
Examine and replace the motorised throttle idle actuator where found necessary.
IMPROPER WELDS IN FRAME CROSS MEMBER
The frame welds do not meet manufacturing specifications. High loads created when riding on rough road surfaces or over pot holes can cause the affected welds to crack. In the worst case the welded area could break resulting in rear suspension collapse or lower cross member separation.
Recall affected machines for inspection. Any repairs will consist of reinforcement of the welds and where cracks are identified during the initial inspection a new countermeasure frame will be installed.

INABILITY TO CHANGE GEAR
Due to insecure fitment of the pin in the gear shift control set there is a possibility that the pin could could fall out making it impossible to change gear.
Check the tightness of the gear shift pin if loose fit a new gear shift set. If the pin is tight a secondary locking arrangement will be fitted as a precaution.
POSSIBLE UNINTENTIONAL OPERATION OF ABS
There is a possibility that at certain temperatures (room temp or below) that the front wheel speed sensors can send faulty signals to a number of control units. It is possible that under braking the ABS could be activated when not needed and the ABS light will be illuminated.
Recall affected vehicles and replace both front wheel sensors with modified type.
KR V11 Sport. Engine Flexible Coupling and Double moveable hose may break down. KR and KS V11 Sport. Flexible coupling and moveable hose may break down.
If the engine is running at high revolutions close to the rev limit for a prolonged amount of time the connecting rod screws may give way and break resulting in engine breakdown.
Recall affected machines and replace connecting rod spring drive and moveable hose with modified type.

POSSIBLE LOSS OF ACCELERATION
There is a possibility of disengagement of the accelerator pedal from the support linkage which could result in loss of acceleration
Recall affected vehicles and replace accelerator pedal clips
MUFFLER MAY BECOME DETACHED
The plug welds that secure the muffler bracket to the muffler body can crack allowing the muffler to become loose in the bracket. After continued use the muffler could separate from the main exhaust pipe creating the potential for an accident resulting in injury.
Recall affected machines to check the bracket welds and to add a damper or if necessary replacing the muffler.
POSSIBLE INCORRECT FITTING OF SEAT BELT ATTACHMENTS
There is a possibility that the seat belt attachments for the 2nd and 3d row may not have been fitted correctly. Some attachments may not have been tightened properly.
Recall affected vehicles and inspect the attachments and if necessary replace the screws and tighten to correct specification
CLEVIS PIN MAY FOUL CONTROL PANEL AND CAUSE REAR BRAKE DRAG
If brake pedal is adjusted from its nominal position and rear brake pedal clevis pin end float taken up to offside of bike clevis pin clip may foul top edge of control plate thereby applying some degree of rear brake drag. Rear brake drag may apply rear brake.
Recall affected machines and replace clevis pin circlip with modified type
POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING
There is a possibility that the steering intermediate shaft securing bolts may have been incorrectly torqued.
Recall affected vehicles and retorque securing bolts
DRIVERS SEAT MAY RECLINE UNEXPECTEDLY
Driver's side seat upper recliner to seat back frame attachment bolt may fracture forcing seat to fully recline unexpectedly.
Recall affected vehicles and fit new design spacer and bolt.
LOAD SENSING VALVE SETTING
The Load Sensing Valve (LSV) may have been incorrectly set which may result in lower than expected brake efficiency in the laden condition.
Recall affected vehices and reset Load Sensing Valve.
POSSIBLE FUEL LEAK
There is a possibility of a restriction in a T - Piece in the fuel return line which could lead to a pressure build up which could blow the pipe off with resulting leakage of fuel.
Recall affected vehicles and replace T - Piece with quality assured type.

Recall affected vehicles and replace T - Piece with quality assured type.
INCORRECT DEPLOYMENT OF CURTAIN AIRBAG
It is possible that some RHD Galaxy vehicles fitted with side curtain airbags may have an error with the wiring that may trigger the wrong curtain airbag to be deployed in the event of a side impact
Recall affected vehicles to test the airbag system and if necessary fit a wiring adapter.
POSSIBLE CRACKING OF ROAD WHEEL
Under severe operating conditions and high mileage the pressed aluminium road wheels may crack around the wheel fixing holes. This could ultimately result in the detachment of a wheel.
Replace the wheels with a modified type.
POSSIBLE FOULING OF FUEL & BRAKE PIPES
The potential exists for a foul to occur between the brake modulator pipe and the fuel pipe entering the fuel cooler and a further foul between the brake modulator pre-charge pump and the brake pipes. This may result in eventual abrasive damage to the pipes and possible leakage
Recall likely affected vehicles to check gap between pipes. If found to be too close or if corrosion protection has worn off remedial action will be taken. In the unlikely event of excessive abrasion the affected pipes will be replaced.
POSSIBLE FIRE RISK
Possible short circuit and fire risk in engine coolant booster heater wiring circuit during engine warm up period.
Modify the electrical wiring fit a re-rated protective fuse and install modified mounting bushes.
POSSIBILITY OF FUEL LEAK.
Failure of number one injector pipe which in the worst case scenario may result in a vehicle fire.
Replace number one injector pipe with a quality assured item. At the same time the remaining injector pipes will be inspected for serviceability.
SHATTER CRACKS MAY OCCUR ON A VACUUM PIPE TO BRAKE SERVO
Shatter cracks may occur on the vacuum pipe to the brake servo near the connections. If a vacuum pipe leaks a lot more force will be necessary to operate the brake pedal.
The fitted vacuum pipes will be checked and replaced if necessary.
