SEAT BELT INERTIA REEL MAY NOT LOCK.
The lap belts fitted to the passenger seats may have incorrectly manufactured inertia reels. As a consequence a seat belt may not lock in a collision.
Check the batch number of each seat belt and fit a quality assured replacement where necessary.
POSSIBILITY OF CAB BECOMING DETACHED WHEN TILTED
There is a possibility that the cab may become detached when tilted due to insufficient thickness of front cab mounting blocks
Recall affected vehicles for inspection and replacement of cab bearing blocks if broken

DIRT ACCUMULATION ON THE REAR AXLES MAY AFFECT HUB SEALS
Accumulation of road dirt in the vicinity of the hub seal
Recall likely to be affected vehicles and fit a protective plate to protect from major dirt accumulation.
STOPLIGHTS MAY STAY ON FOLLOWING BRAKE RELEASE.
There have been instances where the stop lights on a number of the above models have been found to remain on following brake release. Investigation of the concern has attributed the situation to a lack of grease during production of the SL4 stop lamp switch
To address the concern affected vehicles will be re-worked by operators under the terms of the Code of Practice by the fitting of quality assured switches (2 per vehicle).
REAR SEAT BELTS MAY NOT ENGAGE CORRECTLY
Rear Seat Belt may not engage correctly
Recall affected vehicles and replace seat belt buckle
POSSIBLE FUEL LEAK FROM INJECTOR PIPES.
The fuel injector pipes may not have been fitted correctly and as a consequence could leak.
Examine all potentially affected vehicles and replace any incorrectly fitted injector pipes.
SEAT HEATER MAY OVERHEAT AND CAUSE SMOULDERING.
Ageing may cause the contact resistance of the seat heating to increase. In conjunction with the seat heating regulator installed this can lead to the seat overheating and smouldering in extreme cases.
Fit a replacement seat heating regulator. Fit new seat cushion and back rest heating elements where necessary.

Inspect vehicles in the affected range and replace any defective hubs found.
PROTECTION OF THE BATTERY SUPPLY CIRCUIT.
It is necessary to protect the battery supply circuit to prevent any possible risk of an electrical short circuit
Fit a replacement battery negative cable fitted with a maxi fuse also fit protective felt to the aluminium section of the air conditioning pipes to insulate them from the battery positive cable.
POSSIBLE DEFORMATION OF REAR SUSPENSION
Possible non-conformity of the rear suspension triangles could in rare cases of stress lead to their deformation.
Fit new right and left side lower suspension triangles.
V-STAY BRACKET
Insufficient sealing may cause corrosion and premature wear of the drive axle V stay ball joint.
Examine the condition of the V stay ball joint. Clean grease and reseal if satisfactory or fit a new V stay as necessary.
