ENGINE COULD BE STARTED FROM CHASSIS CONTROL WITH CAB TILTED AND TRANSMISSION IN DRIVE
There is a possibility that the engine could be started from the chassis control with the cab tilted and the transmission in drive
Recall affected vehicles and fit start inhibitor cable
POSSIBILITY OF EMISSION FROM THE DASHBOARD VENTS INTO THE CABIN
Potential smell and emission of smoke from the dashboard vents
Recall affected vehicles for reprogramming and configuration of the air conditioning software
POTENTIAL EMISSION OF SMOKE FROM DASHBOARD VENT INTO THE CABIN
Potential smell and emission of smoke from the dashboard vents
Recall affected vehicles for reprogramming and configuration of the air conditioning software
ENGINE FUEL INJECTOR PIPE MAY BREAK.
An injector pipe may break and spill fuel in the engine compartment which in extreme circumstances could result in a fire hazard.
Fit a new set of injector pipes to the engines of the potentially affected vehicles.
HEATER BLOWER MODULE - RISK OF FIRE
There is a possibility of defective components in the heater blower which could cause a short circuit and a loss of ventilation of the passenger compartment and in an extreme condition could set fire to the wiring harness.
Recall affected vehicles and replace heater blower module.
POSSIBILITY OF FIRE
There is a possibility of a fractured air pipe penetrating the wiring harness and/or an oil pipe fracturing with the possibility of causing a fire hazard
Recall affected vehicles and re-route and clamp the subject air pipe so that it is clear of the wiring harness and the replacement of the oil pipe.
POSSIBLE STICKING THROTTLE
The engine idle control cable may become dislodged from the fuel injection system cable guide if it is incorrectly adjusted. Should this occur the throttle may not return to the idle position when the operators hand is removed from the twist grip.
Fit a throttle cable securing clamp at the fuel injection inlet manifold.

CARBURETTOR DIAPHRAGM FAILURE COULD RESULT IN FUEL LEAK
Carburettor accelerator pump diaphragm may break resulting in a fuel leak and possible risk of fire.
Replace the accelerator pump diaphragm.
POSSIBLE FRACTURE OF LOWER HANDLEBAR HOLDER BOLTS.
A combination of incorrect clearances and road vibration could result in the fracture of the lower handlebar holder fixing bolts. This could affect the directional control of the motorcycle.
Countermeasure parts have been produced and will be fitted to all affected machines.

DRIVE AXLE SUB FRAME CONCERN
The lightweight drive axle sub frame may fracture after extensive service (250000 km).
Strengthen/repair the sub frame by fitting repair shoes
POSSIBLE SUSPENSION COLLAPSE
The nut securing the front suspension strut lower ball joint to the control arm may loose its axial tension due to an out tolerance condition. This could adversely affect the directional control of the vehicle.
Fit a modified ball joint to control arm securing nut.
BRAKE PIPE MAY CHAFE ON PAS PIPE MOUNTING BRACKET
The fitting of an incorrect connector between the brake pipe and the master cylinder may cause the brake pipe to chafe on a power steering pipe support bracket. In the worst case this could result in a fluid leak and a reduction in braking efficiency.
Replace the connector brake pipe and seals.

REAR BRAKE HOSES MAY CHAFE
Left and right hand rear brake flexible hoses may chafe on the wheel arch liners.
Check the brake hoses for damage and modify the rear wheel arch liners.
SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM DOES NOT COMPLY WITH C&U REQUIREMENTS
Service Brake System non compliant with C & U
As these vehicles are supplied in kit form Tri - Tech have written to all six purchasers (Company Circular) advising them to obtain and fit the necessary components to ensure the rear brake works on application of the service brake.
POSSIBLE LOCK-UP OF TRANSMISSION
Abnormal wear within the gearbox may result in a broken retaining circlip which could cause the transmission to lock up. This could result in the rider loosing control of the machine.
Replace the affected gearbox components with new modified parts.

SEAT BELT INERTIA REEL MAY NOT LOCK.
The lap belts fitted to the passenger seats may have incorrectly manufactured inertia reels. As a consequence a seat belt may not lock in a collision.
Check the batch number of each seat belt and fit a quality assured replacement where necessary.
