FRONT WHEEL MAY CONTAIN CASTING FLAWS.
There is a possibility that the front wheel could contain casting flaws which could potentially lead to failure.
Recall affected machines and replace front wheel.
THE FRONT BRAKE HOSE COULD BECOME WEDGED BETWEEN THE FRONT FORK AND THE FENDER
There is a possibility that the front brake hose could become wedged between the front fork and the fender. The brake hose may suffer abrasion damage.
Recall affected machines check brake hose replace if necessary and fit brake hose clamp
POSSIBLE UNEXPECTED BRAKING.
The yaw rate sensor may be out of specification which may lead to unexpected braking
Recall affected vehicles inspect sensors and renew as necessary
TYRE HAS NOT PASSED ECE REG 75 ONGOING SURVEILLANCE TESTING
Tyre has not passed ECE regulation 75 following ongoing surveillance testing
Recall affected tyres and replace with approved type
POSSIBILITY THAT THE MALE CONNECTOR MAY FRACTURE
The male connector linking each of the feed and return fuel hoses to the fuel pump mounting plate may be found to contain a fracture following in - service handling
Recall affected vehicles and replace the original non - metallic connector for a metallic version

THE MOUNTING OF THE FOOT OPERATED PARKING BRAKE PEDAL MAY DETACH
Mounting of the foot operated parking brake pedal may permit the mounting to become loose and in extreme cases the assembly may become detached from the mounting bracket.
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the pedal assembly with a quality assured component.

POSSIBLE LOSS OF ENGINE POWER
The target wheel may give the ECU a false misfire signal. In extreme cases this could lead to a loss of engine power and poor driveability.
Recall affected vehicles and replace target wheel with a rigid target wheel (without damper) and the control unit and keys.
RH SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNTING MAY NOT BE CORRECTLY TORQUED
It has been identified that on some Passat vehicles within the affected Vin range the rear securing bolt of the right hand shock absorber mounting may not have been tightened to the correct torque. The consequence of this being that the securing bolt may break.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the subject bolt.
POSSIBLE CLUTCH CABLE FAILURE
The possibility exists that the clutch cable may break with the consequence that the clutch cannot be disengaged.
Recall likely to be affected vehicles and replace the clutch cable with one of improved quality.
INADVERTENT LOSS OF ENGINE POWER
It has been identified that a limited number of UH125K4 Burgman scooters may have debris/foreign material from the assembling process lodged in the engine intake or inlet port area. This may lead to loss of engine power and or stalling.
Recall affected machines and inspect the intake pipe and inlet port.
POSSIBLE TORQUE PROBLEM WITH THE WHEEL FIXING BOLTS
Application of incorrect torque during production resulting in the possibility that the bolts may break.
Recall likely to be affected vehicles and replace the wheel bolts
VEHICLE ELECTRICS MAY FAIL COMPLETELY
The vehicles electrical circuits may fail completely due to a faulty battery switch.
Affected vehicles will be recalled at which time the faulty switch will be replaced with a modified part.
WHEEL BEARINGS MAY FAIL
Due to defective inner hub seals the wheel bearings may fail
Recall affected vehicles and replace wheel bearings and spacing rings.
VEHICLE ELECTRICS MAY FAIL COMPLETELY
The vehicles electrical circuits may fail completely due to a faulty battery switch.
Affected vehicles will be recalled at which time the faulty switch will be replaced with a modified part.
DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SEAT HEATING CAN BECOME TOO HOT
Due to the ageing process the resistance within the seat heating system may increase. If the heating is operated at the highest setting this can lead to inadmissibly high temperatures and the possibility of smouldering.
Recall affected vehicles check the seat heating system and replace components as necessary.
