WINDOW CONTROLS COULD REMAIN ACTIVE AFTER SWITCHING OFF THE IGNITION.
The window controls could remain active for 45 seconds after switching off the ignition even after opening one of the doors. This could allow unintentional use of windows which could result in an injury. Additionally it contravenes anti-theft regulations.
Recall all affected vehicles and install upgrades software.
SWIVEL SEATS MAY DE-LATCH
Certain versions of the seat swivel manufactured by FASP (Italy) may delatch which could lead to some loss of control and the seat belt to be ineffective in the event of an accident.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to identify and replace the potentially defective seats.
GEAR SELECTION MAY BE LOST
It has been identified that due to an improper design of the gear change cable retaining clip contact on the gear lever housing by the clip is possible if excessive force is applied when selecting first gear. In this situation the clip may detach at which point gear selection will be lost.
Recalled vehicles will have the gear change cable clip replaced with a quality assured part.
CARBURETTOR HEATER MAY MALFUNCTION
The manufacturer has established that there is a slight possibility that if the battery terminals become loose or is unfortunately disconnected the temperature control unit which controls the operation of the carburettor heater could short out internally and fail to operate the heater.
Recall all the affected machines and replace the control unit with a re-designed unit.

Recall all the affected machines and replace the control unit with a re-designed unit.
FUEL PUMP MAY FAIL - ENGINE MAY CUT OUT
The power supply to the fuel pump may fail due to widened plug contacts in the central electrics unit
Recall affected vehicles check production date of central electrics unit and replace if necessary.
INDICATORS MAY FAIL
There is a possibility that the side repeater lamps may not work.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and reprogramme the computer to allow the side repeater lamps to activate.

POTENTIAL FOR INJURY FROM CONTACT WITH EXHAUST
It has been identified that on the subject machines a condition may exist which will cause the trousers of some riders to have direct contact with the exhaust pipe. Should this occur the clothing could char or burn which might result in injury to the rider.
Recalled machines will be fitted with a new exhaust shield.
DRIVE MAY BE LOST
It has been identified that the possibility exists that a bolt welded to the gearshift lever may fracture. Should this occur the adjustment may loosen and the shift cable may move. This can result in a mismatch between the gear shift selector and the actual gear selected. In the worst case the bolt may break which can cause the control cable to become disconnected and drive to be lost.
Affected vehicles will have the transmission shift lever replaced with a quality assured item.

Recalled machines will be fitted with a new exhaust shield.
BATTERY MAY BE INSECURE
The battery is not fully secure and will move in the carrier. This could result in the main wiring harness cables being damaged at the battery terminals and eventually the engine cutting out.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to fit a battery mounting bracket.
WHEEL DISHES MAY CRACK POTENTIAL LOSS OF TYRE PRESSURE
It has been recorded that a small number of instances have occurred where cracks have appeared in the wheel rim with the potential to cause deflation of the tyre.
Wheels which have the potential to suffer this concern will be replaced.
RISK OF FIRE
The blower motor may under certain operating conditions overheat and cause an interior fire
Recall affected vehicles and fit modified blower motor.
EXHAUST SILENCER RETAINING BOLTS MAY FAIL
It is possible for the for the exhaust silencer strap bolts to slacken which if not rectified could lead to the total failure of the silencer mounting.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the mounting bolts with new pre-coated bolts (locking compound) and tighten to the correct torque.
EXHAUST SILENCER RETAINING BOLTS MAY FAIL

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the mounting bolts with new pre-coated bolts (locking compound) and tighten to the correct torque.
BRAKE FLUID MAY LEAK
If a brake fluid leak occurs the brake fluid low level warning may be given too late.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the serial number of the brake servo and where necessary replace the cap for the expansion tank which includes the warning switch.
REAR QUARTER WINDOW MAY DETACH FROM VEHICLE
The fixed rear quarter glass may separate from the vehicle whilst in motion
Recall affected vehicles and replace Quarter Glass assembly
STEERING SWIVEL JOINT MAY FAIL RESULTING IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL
The possibility exists that the swivel joint stem of the front suspension vertical links maybe of an incorrect size. This can lead to the generation of noise whilst driving and the possibility of suspension disconnection following a violent impact to the front axle and subsequent loss of vehicle control.
Recalled vehicles will have the swivel joint stems checked for the presence of play and will be replaced if any is found.
WELD ON PIN BOX MOUNTING PLATE MAY FAIL
Insufficient weld applied to king pin box mounting which in exceptional circumstances could lead to the separation of trailer from the drawing vehicle.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to apply the correct weld detail and additional support brace.
SUSPENSION MAY FAIL
Rear suspension relay arm bearing housing may weaken by ingress of water and particularly when exposed to road salt in the Winter months. If not rectified this concern could lead to the failure of the rear suspension.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the suspension link arm and associated components.
POSSIBILITY OF FIRE
There is a possibility that the fuel hose from the diesel filter to the high pressure pump may chafe on the fuel filter housing. In time this could result in a fuel leak and the possibility of an engine compartment fire.
Recalled vehicles will have the routing of the hose checked at which time if the hose is not damaged a new bracket will be fitted to prevent chafing. If the hose is damaged it will be replaced in addition a new bracket will be fitted.

ALTERNATOR BRACKET BOLTS MAY LOOSEN
It has been identified that the bracket which carries the alternator has been constructed incorrectly. Due to this the securing bolts may become loose.
Recalled vehicles will be fitted with a modified alternator bracket.
