BRAKE FLUID DOES NOT MEET SPECIFICATION
It has been identified that 372 litres of LHM hydraulic brake fluid does not meet the required specification.
The manufacturer will contact end users and retrieve the product.
TOP BOX MAY DETACH
It has been identified that the retaining tab on the mounting plate for the top box case might break. Should this occur the possibility exists that the case might detach.
Recalled machines will be fitted with a modified top box case mounting plate.
ECU MAXIMUM ROAD SPEED LIMIT NOT SET
The maximum road speed limit was not set in the engine control unit during production.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to set the maximum road speed of the vehicle.
FAULTY CONNECTOR MAY CAUSE ENGINE TO STALL AND COULD CAUSE FIRE
The regulator connector within the wiring harness can generate heat due to a poor connection with the terminal wires. This may cause the connector to overheat which could result in the engine cutting out.
Recall all the affected machines to remove the terminal connector and install a permanent connection by crimping and soldering the wires together.

STEERING MAY FAIL
Welds may fail on steering wheel initially causing some free play which if allowed to progress could lead to loss of steering control.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the steering wheel with one of a modified design.
INDICATOR SIDE REPEATERS MAY NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY
It has been identified that; with the engine switched off the side indicator repeaters do not operate when the parking lights are on.
Recalled vehicles will have the relevant operating software upgraded.
FUEL MAY LEAK WITH RISK OF FIRE
Fuel pipe between fuel tank and fuel filter may harden and split. If ignored fuel may leak and create fire hazard
Recall affected machines and replace fuel pipe with one of improved quality.
TYRE MAY LOOSE PRESSURE
Localised degradation in the tread band can lead to the tearing of pieces of tread from the tyre. In the worst case this could also lead to rapid loss of tyre inflation pressure.
Recall the tyres that are likely to be affected and replace them with quality assured tyres.
POSSIBIITY OF FIRE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT
A fire might occur in the engine compartment as a result of the waste gate excess pressure pipe being incorrectly routed.
Recall the vehicle that are likely to be affected to ensure the waste gate pipe is correctly routed and fixed in the appropriate clips.
DIRECTIONAL CONTROL MAY BE LOST
The front axle inside control arm ball joint may not be torqued to the correct specification which can have a strong negative influence on wheel alignment. In extreme cases should the screw connections become undone whilst the vehicle is in motion then directional control maybe lost.
Recall all affected vehicles to have the subject connections torqued to the correct specification.
POTENTIAL FOR FAILURE OF FOOT BRAKE VALVE
In extreme cases overlapping of tolerances in conjunction with wear can potentially cause the bushing of the Foot Brake Valve (FBV) to move from its correct position. When this potential malfunction occurs it may not be possible to use the FBV to brake the vehicle.. However it is possible to use the handbrake instead to bring the vehicle to a controlled stop.
To recall the affected components and replace them with quality assured components.
RISK OF FIRE
It has been identified that on vehicles fitted with the Z16XEP engine the upper oil pressure switch might release oil onto the exhaust manifold heat protection shield which could result in self ignition.
Recalled vehicles will have the upper oil pressure switch replaced by a screw plug. Additionally a modified oil pressure switch will be fitted in a lower position.
FRONT BRAKE EFFICIENCY MAY BE AFFECTED
The front brake efficiency may be affected if the front brake hose gets dislodged from its holder and becomes trapped between the holder and front fork stopper.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to inspect the front brake hose replacing the hose where necessary and fit an additional holder/bracket to secure the hose.
ADR SIGN MAY NOT COMPLY WITH FIRE RETARDENT REQUIREMENTS
The ADR sign is fitted to the front grille in a way which will prevent it from resisting high temperatures and as such it will not comply with the ADR legal requirements
Recall affected vehicles and introduce a steel wire between the ADR sign and grille so that it will resist heat for 15 minutes.

Recall affected vehicles and introduce a steel wire between the ADR sign and grille so that it will resist heat for 15 minutes.
ENGINE MAY LOOSE POWER
It has been identified thatthere is a risk that subject vehicles will unnecessarily enter a reduced power mode which would result in severely reduced engine power output.
Recalled vehicles will have a new version of software downloaded to the engine management computer.
ENGINE MAY STALL
It has been identified that there is a risk of the engine stalling under very firm braking conditions.
Recalled vehicles will have the engine ECU software upgraded.

It has been identified that there is a risk of the engine stalling under very firm braking conditions.
Recalled vehicles will have the engine ECU software upgraded.
LOSS OF BRAKING EFFICIENCY
It has been identified that a brake pipe may have been incorrectly secured to the bulkhead with a plastic clip. As a consequence; under certain circumstancesthe brake pipes can vibrate out of the clips and could fracture resulting in a loss of braking efficiency.
Recalled vehicles will be fitted with a steel securing bracket which will have the addition of rubber insulation.
FUEL MAY LEAK
There is potential for road salt to corrode the outer surface of the fuel filter. In an extreme case this may lead to the filter housing becoming porous with a corresponding fuel leak which has the potential for combustion.
Recall the affected vehicles to have the fuel filter replaced by the later designed corrosion-resistant coated filter and move the retaining clip.

DAMPER MOUINT BRACKET MAY FAIL
The damper upper mounting brackets may fail. If ignored for an extended period chassis damage may develop. Additionally it is possible that either or both of the axle parallel links may fail which in worse case would allow the axles to move out of position.
Recall the trailers that are likely to be affected to replace the top damper mounting brackets and related parts including the parallel link assemblies.
CLUTCH MAY MALFUNCTION PREVENTING THE SELECTION OF ANY GEAR
It has been established that under exceptional and repeated high temperature conditions the clutch sensor may malfunction. Such a malfunction may inhibit the correct operation of the clutch preventing the selection of any gear or prevent engine ignition.
Recalled vehicles will have the clutch sensor replaced.
VEHICLE MAY STALL
It has been identified that; on assembly of the engine mounting bracket incorrect screws may have been used. This can result in breakage of the bracket which can lead to heavy engine vibrations/noise and reduced engine power or stalling due to the limp home mode being activated.
Recalled vehicles will the engine mounting bracket screws replaced.
