FRONT BRAKE CALIPER MAY BECOME INSECURE
It has been identified that following reattachment of the front wheel to the machine following shipping. The possibility exists that the torque of the front brake caliper retaining fasteners may not be at the specified level. Under theses circumstances the front brake caliper may become insecure.
Recalled machines will have the front brake caliper fasteners checked and reworked as necessary.
FAILURE OF POWER STEERING HOSE COULD RESULT IN AN ENGINE BAY FIRE
It has been identified that a batch of vehicles may have been fitted with section of power assisted steering hose that is not to specification. This could result in premature failure of the hose with loss of steering assistance and in extreme cases the possibility of an engine bay fire occasioned by escaping hydraulic fluid coming into contact with hot components.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject hose production code checked. The hose will be changed should it fall within the given criteria.

GEARBOX MAY SEIZE
Insufficient lubrication to the fifth journal may lead to the gearbox seizing and the rear wheel locking.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to add an oil jet to the clutch shaft which will increase the lubrication to the fifth gear journal.
TOWING EQUIPMENT MAY DETACH FROM VEHICLE
It has been identified that due to poor quality welding the towing combination block may become detached from the vehicle together with any equipment coupled at that time.
Recalled vehicles will be inspected and rectified as required.
POSSIBLE LEAKAGE FROM THE DIESEL RETURN PIPE FIXED TO THE INTAKE MANIFOLD.
It has been identified that the diesel fuel return pipe which is fixed to the inlet manifold may be abraded to the extent that if left undetected will leak.
Recalled vehicles as a preventative measure will have the pipe inspected for damage. If any is found the pipe will be replaced. In cases where the pipe remains undamaged it will be fitted with reinforcement.

EARTHING / GROUNDING CABLE CONNECTION MAY BE INEFFECTIVE.
It has been identified that poor grounding between the engine gearbox and chassis frame has been caused by the hole for the grounding screw being too large. As a result the engine is being grounded via the steel braiding of the hydraulic hose to the gearbox oil cooler.
Recalled vehicles will have an additional ground connection fitted.
FUEL MAY LEAK FROM THE LINKAGE PIPE ON THE SUPPLY PUMP.
It has been identified that on subject vehicles a diesel fuel leak may occur from the link pipe at the upper or lower ports of the fuel supply pump.
Recalled vehicles will have the supply pump inspected for this condition. If no weeping or leakage is identified the connections will be tightened to an improved torque. If the condition is evident the supply pump will be replaced.
AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY IN AN ACCIDENT
The laser cut split line of the passenger air-bag cover may not be present. In the case of an accident it is possible that the passenger air-bag may not deploy.
Recall the likely to be affected vehicles and replace the passenger air-bag module cover.
ENGINE MAY STALL
There is a possibility that the air conditioning compressor may seize which could result in an unexpected engine stall.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the a/c compressor and the drive belt and idler roller.
ACCELERATOR PEDAL MAY NOT RETURN TO RESTING POSITION
Accelerator pedal may be prevented from returning to its rest position by the floor mat.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the floor mat with a shorter version.

ROOFLIGHT MAY BECOME DETACHED
It has been identified that due to a manufacturing problem the rooflight may detach due to mechanical influences.
Recalled vehicles will have the rooflight re-worked as necessary.

ENGINE MAY STALL
It has been identified that an unused tyre pressure monitoring system electrical connector may become corroded and short circuit. This can lead to a variety of conditions including dead battery inoperative cruise control and engine non- start or stall
Recalled vehicles will have all unused tyre monitoring system electrical connections removed and the wiring sealed with heat shrink.
POWER STEERING PIPE MAY LEAK.
It has been established that the material in the power steering return line hose has not been manufactured to specification.
Recalled vehicles will have the hose inspected and replaced as necessary.
