ENGINE MAY STALL
It has been identified that an unused tyre pressure monitoring system electrical connector may become corroded and short circuit. This can lead to a variety of conditions including dead battery inoperative cruise control and engine non- start or stall
Recalled vehicles will have all unused tyre monitoring system electrical connections removed and the wiring sealed with heat shrink.
DIESEL FUEL RETURN PIPE MAY ABRADE AND WEAR.
It has been identified that a slight amount of play in the diesel fuel return pipe mountings on certain vehicles may over time lead to abrasion and wear of the pipe.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject clips checked and the pipe secured.

VACUUM BRAKING ASSISTANCE MAY REDUCE.
It has been identified that the check valve within the brake assistance vacuum pump may suffer from a non-conformity which in time may reduce the braking assistance.
Recalled vehicles as a preventative measure will have the subject valve replaced. At the same time certain vehicles will also have the air dosing unit replaced.

FIRE MAY OCCUR
The earth terminal of the additional air heater may not be correctly attached. This can lead to overheating of the connection and in the most unfavourable case to a vehicle fire.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to modify the attachment of the earth cable on the heating element of the additional air heater.

REAR AXLE CARRIER MAY FAIL
It has been identified that defects in a material joint may have resulted during the heat treatment of individual components of the rear axle carrier. This may result in failure of the holders of the links and struts even under normal driving conditions. Should the holder of a link fail whilst the vehicle is in motion the handling characteristics of the vehicle would undergo an unexpected change which could result in an accident.
Recalled vehicles will be checked and if necessary fitted with a quality assured rear axle carrier.

REFRIGERATOR EXHAUST FUMES MAY ENTER THE HABITATION AREA.
It has been identified that the refrigerator flue may not have been connected such that fumes may enter the habitation area.
Recalled vehicles will have the refrigerator flue extension fitted correctly.
GEARBOX NOISE SHIELD MAY COME INTO CONTACT WITH HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT SOURCE.
It has been identified that the gearbox noise shield may come into contact with high a temperature heat source
Recalled vehicles will have the noise shield removed.

Recalled vehicles will have the noise shield removed.
TYRE MAY DEFLATE
A manufacturing defect within the wheel may cause the tyre to deflate and ultimately disintegrate.
All affected wheels will be recalled and replaced with quality assured items.
STEERING DROPARM LOCK NUT MAY WORK LOOSE
It has been identified that the possibility exists that the steering intermediate drop arm bearing circlip may be missing. Should this be the case the drop arm lock nut may become loose.
Recalled vehicles will have the presence of the circlip checked. If the circlip is found to be missing the bearing housing will be replaced.
EBS MAY FAIL
There have been instances where the Electronic Brake System Module has stopped working leaving only the normal braking system.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the Electronic Brake System Module with a quality assured unit.

FRONT BRAKE DISC MOUNTING BOLTS MAY NOT BE FULLY SECURE
The front brake disc mounting bolts may not have been fully tightened at the factory. Additionally the rear wheel spokes may not have been fully tightened.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the torque of the front brake disc mounting bolts and then to replace the bolts with thread locked bolts and torquing to specification. Check the tension of the rear wheel spokes and where necessary tighten the rear wheel spokes.
FUEL SUPPLY AND RETURN PIPE CAN LEAK
On a small number of 5 cylinder diesel engines the welding on a seal plug in the H piece between the fuel supply and return pipes has the potential to leak. In extreme unfavourable conditions this leaking fuel may lead to a vehicle fire.
Recall all affected vehicles to have the fuel pipe replaced with a quality assured component.
WIPERS LIGHTS AND BATTERY CHARGING MAY BE AFFECTED
It has been identified that one component of the computer that controls the operation of the wipers lighting and battery charging is not to specification. This can result in erratic operation or failure of one or all of the specified functions.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject computer replaced.
