ENGINE MAY STALL
The fuel filter shell may crack leading to loss of fuel pressure the result of which may be diminished performance and in some cases an engine stall or a no start condition could result.
Recall affected machines and replace fuel filter shell with modified type.

BRAKE PERFORMANCE COULD BE AFFECTED
It is possible that the vehicle has been fitted with 16 inch front brake discs instead of the required 17 inch brake discs. If this is the case extreme braking could result in the over heating of the brake system and introduce vapour (air) bubbles into the brake fluid. This could affect the braking performance.
Recall all potentially affected vehicles and check the size of the brakes discs on the front axle. If 16 inch brake discs are found replace these with the correct 17 inch brakes discs and brake pads.
LOSS OF DRIVE & POSSIBLE REAR WHEEL LOCK UP.
The drive chain may fail which will cause loss of drive and could possibly cause rear wheel lock up.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the drive chain.

The drive chain may fail which will cause loss of drive and could possibly cause rear wheel lock up.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the drive chain.

Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the drive chain.
WHEEL NUTS MAY WORK LOOSE
Incorrect specification wheel bolts fitted to alloy wheels. Wheel nut may loosen in service.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the wheel bolts with ones that are the correct specification.
HEATER/CLIMATE CONTROL WIRING ABRASION MAY RESULT IN A SHORT CIRCUIT.
It has been identified that the possibility exists of interference between the heater/climate control wiring and a dashboard bracket due to a missing retainer clip. In this condition abrasion of the wiring may occur with the attendant risk of an electrical short circuit
Recalled vehicles will be inspected for damage to the subject wiring which if this has occurred will be repaired and repositioned. In all cases a new clip will be fitted.

BRAKES MAY FAIL
Brake fluid may leak from the left hand master cylinder which if not rectified will result in loss of brake.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace internal components of the master cylinder.
BRAKES MAY FAIL AND ADDITIONALLY THERE MAY BE A RISK OF ENGINE FLOODING
Brake fluid may leak from the left hand master cylinder which if not rectified will result in loss of brake. Additionally the fuel pump could be injecting too much fuel which can lead to the engine stalling.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace internal components of the master cylinder. Additionally the fuel pump will be re-calibrated to prevent the risk of the engine stalling.

ENGINE MAY STALL
The pressure in the fuel injection system may be too high which could lead to the engine receiving too much fuel for the given throttle opening and subsequently the engine stalling.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to check and where necessary adjust the fuel system pressure.
BRAKES MAY FAIL
Brake fluid may leak from the left hand master cylinder which if not rectified will result in loss of brake.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace internal components of the master cylinder.
WHEEL MAY CRACK
Over time the rear wheel may fail as a result of the rear wheels being made with a small radius to the spoke at the rim end.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the rear wheel with a quality assured unit.
SERVICE BRAKE MAY BECOME INOPERATIVE
It has been identified that the possibility exists that the footvalve piston may become dislodged. Should this occur the service brakes may become inoperative.
Recalled vehicles will have the service brake footvalve replaced.
REAR BRAKE CALIPER MAY CONTACT CHASSIS
It has been identified that the possibility exists when the rear brake pads are close to the end of their service life that the brake caliper may contact the chassis frame.
Recalled vehicles will have the rear bump stop bracket re-profiled thus providing additional clearance to accommodate maximum caliper travel.
RISK OF PARTIAL DE-BONDING OF GLASS PANORAMIC ROOF MOULDING.
It has been identified that in the event of incorrect bonding there is a risk of the partial release of the glass panoramic roof moulding such that it becomes visible to the driver. If the concern is not rectified in the long term; the moulding could detach. It should be noted that there is no risk to the integrity of the sealing of the affected area.
Recalled vehicles will have the bonding of the moulding checked and replaced as necessary.
RIDER MAY FALL FROM VEHICLE
It has been identified that the hip restraints on a small number of the above vehicles have fractured. Should this occur the rider could fall from the vehicle.
Recalled vehicles will have the hip restraints replaced.
