MCV MY24: VEHICLE WITH IC AEBS STEP1 AND 5G0 PERFORMED
The manufacturer has determined that affected vehicles have both an earlier version and a later more advanced version of the AEBS control software installed. This co-occurrence may result in different information being displayed on the diagnostic dashboard and these differences could be mistakenly interpreted as an error or a failure of the AEBS
Instrument Cluster Software update.
26S10 - Kuga Ranger - Potential Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Failure
On affected vehicles the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve may fail leading to weak acceleration engine vibration a no start condition or a loss of power.
A remedy is not currently available. The manufacturer is working to provide a software update to prevent this failure. Should you experience EGR failure contact your dealer immediately.
SRC2601 – SRC260317
As part of our continuous product monitoring we have found that the detection range of the blind spot assist monitoring sensor may be partially covered or restricted by the vehicle body or attachments (e.g. side underride guard). This condition can potentially lead to false alarms. Road users or obstacles that are in the detection range during cornering may not be detected by the safety system or may be detected with a delay which increases the risk of accidents. There is currently no information on damage or accidents that are connected to the fault profile mentioned.
The blind spot assist will be checked

MCV MY24: VEHICLES WITH AEBS IC STEP1 AND IMPROVED ADAS PERFORMANCE
Affected vehicles may have both an earlier version and a later more advanced version of the AEBS control software installed. This co-occurrence may result in different information being displayed on the diagnostic dashboard and these differences could be mistakenly interpreted as an error or a failure of the AEBS.
Software update of all control units involved in the operation of ADAS systems.

25SA7 - Mustang - Powertrain Control Module Software Update
On affected vehicles equipped with a Ford Performance Whipple Supercharger Upgrade Kit the updated software may not be able to detect module hardware errors leading to unintended acceleration or unintended vehicle movement increasing the risk of a crash.
Update the Powertrain Control Module software.
Cooling spray nozzle potentially missing
Affected vehicles may have a cylinder block with a missing cooling nozzle. A missing nozzle means the piston may not be adequately cooled causing it to weaken deform or break and leading to sudden engine failure resulting in a loss of power and in the worst‑case scenario a thermal incident.
Check the presence of all cooling nozzles and replace if missing.
Battery check
Certain vehicles manufactured during a limited production period a high-voltage battery module may not meet quality standards. This may result in significantly reduced autonomy a yellow warning light coming on or a thermal overload inside the high-voltage battery. A thermal overload of this kind may cause a fire in the vehicle
A battery check is carried out on the vehicles. If the check identifies high-voltage battery modules which may be faulty the identified modules must be replaced.
Speed Limitation – BCM software
Affected vehicles may have the incorrect speed limit displayed.
Update the Body Control Module Software.
Transit Courier - Instrument Panel defect Affecting Passenger Airbag Operation
Affected vehicles may have been built with a potential defect on the instrument panel due to a manufacturing process which could affect passenger airbag operation in the event of a crash.
Replace the instrument panel.
25SD9 - E-Transit – Halfshaft Retention Force
On affected vehicles left-hand rear half shafts were not fully seated into the electric drive assembly which may result in premature wear and a leak. This may eventually lead to a loss of motive power or unintended vehicle movement while the vehicle is in Park (if the parking brake is not applied).
Check with a gauge disassemble and check further if necessary. Replace parts if required.

The vehicle fuel pump may have an internal malfunction which may fail over time.
The vehicle fuel pump may have an internal malfunction which may fail over time. The malfunction indicator light MIL on the vehicle instrument cluster may illuminate when this symptom occurs and if ignored and the vehicle continues to be driven the vehicle may lose motive power.
The affected vehicles will have the fuel pump replaced as a permanent solution

Replace clutch assembly
Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain Citan model vehicles the clutch pressure plate might not meet specifications.
As a remedy Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will replace the clutch on the affected vehicles.
Some vehicles may have an instrument cluster operational concern whilst driving the vehicle
Some vehicles may face a concern where the instrument cluster panel may reboot during vehicle operation potentially resulting in a blank instrument cluster display screen.
To correct this an ‘Over the Air ‘ software update to the vehicles will be deployed remotely.
