26C16 Mustang - Lane Keeping System Software Update
According to Ford’s records certain Mustang vehicles may not have the remedy for Compliance Recall 21C11 installed correctly but were recorded as having received the repair successfully. Because the correct software update may not have been installed on these vehicles the underlying condition may still exist therefore these vehicles may still have the incorrect software loaded for the Lane Keeping System (LKS). On affected vehicles not having the latest Lane Keeping System (LKS) software may lead to non-compliance with the current regulations relating to Hands-On-Off (HOO) chime requirements that became effective from April 1 2021. Dealers will update the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) and the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) to the latest available software level free of charge.

26C15 Transit - Instrument Panel Cluster Configuration Update
According to Ford’s records certain Transit vehicles may not have the remedy for Compliance Recall 21C32 installed correctly but were recorded as having received the repair successfully. Because the correct configuration update may not have been installed on these vehicles the underlying condition may still exist therefore these vehicles may still have the incorrect configuration loaded onto the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). On affected vehicles an incorrect Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) configuration may have disabled the Advanced Emergency Braking System warning messages. Although the system remains functional the instrument cluster may not display the required warning message and no chime may sound which could result in the vehicle not complying with applicable regulations. Dealers will update the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) configuration to the latest available level.

Bridgestone Duravis Eco R660 16'' Tyre Recall
The affected tyre is more susceptible to cuts and partial penetrations than anticipated when used in rugged and wet environments. These cuts can lead to moisture intrusion and subsequent oxidation of the tyre belt. resulting in tyre deformation and if use continues without detection may result in tread delamination. (The number of vehicles affected to which these tyres are fitted is 62216 vehicles)
Replacement of affected tyres.
VSM software missing AEB telltale in case of blind camera.
On certain Peugeot vehicles the Automatic Emergency Braking Assist telltale fails to illuminate if the front camera is blocked. No AEB warning telltale meaning no warning light appears in the instrument cluster. An additional pop-up appears for around 10 seconds at each key on/key off (Driving Assistance Sensor Blind: clean sensor see User Manual). The Automatic Emergency Braking system is operating in a degraded mode but remains functional due to radar support.
To rectify this issue we will update the Vehicle System Management software

Rovelo All Weather 4RS tyres - displaying incorrect directional marking
Due to a manufacturing error an ‘inside’ sidewall marking has been printed on the outer sidewall on some tyres. The 'inside' marking should not be printed on directional tyres at all.
Replace the incorrectly marked tyre with a new tyre.
Body Height sensor
Affected vehicles may exhibit improper headlamp levelling due to an incorrectly assembled Body Height Sensor.
Change the body height sensor.
Checking brake servo
On affected vehicles the bolted connection for the push rod between the brake pedal and brake servo may come loose with the risk that it will no longer be possible to stop by using the brake pedal.
Check the bolted connection for the push rod between the brake pedal and brake servo and tighten if necessary.
C0544 Rear Axle Hub nut replace
There is a combined risk that rear axle hub nuts might have the tightening torque relaxed and the hub might not have been locked looked correctly. In the worst case it could lead the vehicle to lose a rear wheel set on road.
The current hub nut will be replaced by a new hub nut the specified torque will be applied and the nut will be crimped against the axle housing.
Goodyear Eagle F1 Supersport 255/35ZR20 97Y & 305/30ZR21 104Y

2025 AND 2026 SOFTAIL REAR BRAKELINE
The rear brake line may contact the Body Control Module (BCM) due to insufficient clearance. Contact between the brake line and the BCM over time could lead to a hole in the brake line and a loss of brake fluid. If brake fluid loss remains undetected rear braking may be compromised increasing the risk of a crash.
The BCM caddy and associated hardware will be replaced on all affected vehicles. In addition the rear brake line will be inspected and if damaged will be replaced along with associated parts.

Potential Fatigue Failure of Front Brake Caliper Support - Loss of Front Braking
On affected motorcycles a fatigue failure of the front brake caliper support may occur after multiple hard or emergency braking. If the support fails front braking will be lost and it will increase the risk of a crash causing injury or even death.
Install a Caliper Support Reinforcement Kit on the front brake caliper support.
MCV MY24: VEHICLE WITH IC AEBS STEP1 AND 5G0 PERFORMED
The manufacturer has determined that affected vehicles have both an earlier version and a later more advanced version of the AEBS control software installed. This co-occurrence may result in different information being displayed on the diagnostic dashboard and these differences could be mistakenly interpreted as an error or a failure of the AEBS
Instrument Cluster Software update.
