25S79 Explorer Capri - Ground Connection Inspection
Affected vehicles may have a ground connection where the correct tightening torque was not achieved during manufacturing. This may lead to the malfunction of specific features engine stalling and arcing with an increased risk of localised melting.
Inspect the ground connection and if necessary tighten the nut to the correct specification.

For affected excavators equipped with ISUZU Stage-V 6HK1 engine the exhaust pipe between engines turbocharger and after treatment system might be cracked due to poor durability.

SRX2502 – Variant of driver's airbag
Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain Vito/Viano (639 platform) vehicles an airbag module from Takata might have been installed during a driver airbag replacement.
As a remedy Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will check the airbag on the affected vehicles and replace it if necessary.

Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain Vito/Viano (639 platform) vehicles an airbag module from Takata might have been installed during a driver airbag replacement.
As a remedy Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will checkthe airbag on the affected vehicles and replace it if necessary.
Range Rover (L405) Front Suspension Knuckle Crack – Incorrect Repair
The manufacturer identified that on a small number of vehicles the JLR N759 safety recall repair procedure had not been carried out correctly. The suspension knuckles had not been replaced in all cases where the repair instruction directed a replacement leaving the defect present on the vehicles.
Both front suspension knuckles will be inspected for the presence of any cracks. Where no crack is present and where available a retaining bracket will be fitted to the joint. Where cracks are found or a bracket is not available the front suspension knuckle will be replaced.
Electric Power Inverter Converter B (EPICB) Software Update
On affected vehicles due to a software issue in the Electric Power Inverter Converter B (EPICB) it is possible that as the high voltage battery depletes during driving in EV mode the engine may not restart when the state of charge reduces and the vehicle will therefore lose power. There will not be an associated warning to the driver.
Vehicle’s software to be updated in the Electric Power Inverter Converter B (EPICB) and other modules as required to ensure complete cross-module integration. In parallel an over-the-air update will be rolled out and customers who successfully complete this update will not need to visit a retailer.

On affected vehicles the left-side camshaft sprocket on the engine could fracture due to a manufacturing defect resulting in an engine stall.
Inspect the left-side camshaft sprocket and replace if necessary.

In the event of an accident with airbag deployment the airbag may not provide any restraining effect and there could be a risk of injury to the occupants from separating inflator parts.
Check the airbag on the affected vehicles and replace it if necessary.

On affected vehicles the windscreen wiper wiring harness may be routed incorrectly and can be damaged by contact with the windscreen wiper mechanism.
On the affected vehicles the wiper wiring harness will be inspected and re-routed if required. If any damaged wires are discovered these will be repaired and the control unit will be replaced.

On affected vehicles the bolts on the front wishbone may break due to corrosion.
Replace the bolts and bushings on both sides of the front wishbone.
Fixation of the steering gearbox on the frame
Affected vehicles may have been built with a fixation of the steering gearbox on the frame which can get loose due to an incorrect tightening torque.
Inspection of the steering gearbox fixation and a potential retightening or a substitution of the steering gearbox including the support and screws.

On affected vehicles the bolts on the front wishbone may break due to corrosion.
Replace the bolts and bushings on both sides of the front wishbone.
