Citroen C4 Citroen DS5 Driver Airbag (Takata)
On affected vehicles the Takata airbag inflators may deteriorate over time. This may cause some inflators to rupture with too much force in a crash capable of causing serious injury or death in a worst-case scenario.
Replace Driver Airbag module. You are advised not to drive the vehicle.
SRL250714 – Retrofit screws of cover caps in rubber profile of side trim – ABD-KAP
On affected vehicles the cover caps are plugged onto the retaining strip of the lower profile seal of the side trim. The catch lugs of the cover caps attached to the profile seals of the side trim frame may may break unnoticed during assembly and the cap may therefore only be inserted loosely. If a cover cap is lost the profile seal might wander and be lost from the vehicle.
Replace the plugged-in cover caps with screwed-on cover caps

25S58 – Transit Custom PHEV and Explorer PHEV – Software update
On affected vehicles the remedy software for a previous recall may not have been installed correctly. In the event of a high voltage battery cell internal short customers may experience a battery power off resulting in a loss of motive power with coasting and battery thermal venting potentially resulting in a vehicle fire.
Update the Battery Energy Control Module software. If a high voltage battery cell capacity anomaly is detected replace the high voltage battery pack.

Replace the drivers airbag.
TGS TGX bus/coach bus/coach chassis with Euro 6c engine D26: Renew oil filter lid.
On affected vehicles the oil filter lid may be made from unstable material. This may enable unfiltered oil to enter into the clean oil side of the engine. This can lead to risk of a thermal event.
The oil filter lid will be replaced.

Takata front drivers or passenger airbag replacement
Urgent Safety Warning – Do Not Drive Your Vehicle Issue: The front airbag in your SEAT vehicle contains an ageing inflator propellant that may explode when deployed due to long-term exposure to heat and humidity. Risk: If the airbag inflator explodes metal fragments may be ejected causing life-threatening or fatal injuries to anyone in the vehicle. Immediate Action Required: Stop driving your vehicle immediately. Contact the SEAT Takata Stop Drive helpline at 0113 526 9646 (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm) to arrange your recall service.
