Product safety defect in truck mixers manufacturerd by Liebherr-Mischtechnik GmbH
On truck mixers of the HTM 705 HTM 805 HTM 905 and HTM 1005 series manufactured from 2016 onwards the bolt connections on the rear drum bearing bracket may loosen over time due to stress during driving and/or cracks may occur on the welded joints of the pressure plates of the rear drum bearing bracket. This can cause the body to detach from the vehicle frame which in some cases has already led to the drum falling off the vehicle while driving. This poses a risk to life and limb; Liebherr are however not aware of any personal injuries to date. The facts of the matter are still being investigated in order to determine in detail the specific risk-relevant factors – such as the types of vehicles or chassis used usage-dependent load factors and the relevance of ageing processes.
Customers are advised to inform all employees of this recall. They are advised to inspect all affected vehicles immediately using the instructions attached to the safety notice (which has been issued to all UK customers and sales partners). If a crack is present remove the vehicle from service immedietely. In any case even if no damage is apparent contact your Liebherr sales partner for details on next steps and the retrofit which will be carried out free of charge.

Revuelto Door Spherical Pin
On affected vehicles the spherical pin that supports the door gas springs allowing the doors to open and remain in the open position may not have been assembled according to manufacturing specifications and could come loose.
Inspect the tightening of the spherical pins on the door gas spring and rework if necessary.

Engine camshaft chain potential breakage on Certain Toyota Proace City and Proace
For affected vehicles equipped with the 1.5L diesel engine there is a possibility that premature wear of the camshaft chain may occur. Premature wear occurs primarily due to chain design which causes excessive tension in high engine speed and high engine load conditions which can lead to abnormal noise and risk of breakage of the chain.
Inspection of the camshaft chain replace where required and update the engine ECU software
FI-ECU Fuel Injection Quantity Correction Mailfunction (3PU)
On affected vehicles while descending from a higher altitude in traffic at a slow speed of around 25 mph without opening the throttle the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may illuminate upon reaching low land resulting in a risk the engine may stall during acceleration.
Install updated software.

Stop-drive TAKATA PSAN
Urgent Safety Warning – Do Not Drive Your Vehicle Affected vehicles were originally allocated to or used for an extended period of time in a region with a climate zone considered to as HIGH RISK. Certain front airbags contain an ageing inflator propellant that may explode when deployed due to long-term exposure to heat and humidity. If the airbag inflator explodes metal fragments may be ejected causing life-threatening or fatal injuries to anyone in the vehicle.
Affected airbags will be be replaced. You can contact Audi's dedicated Takata Stop Drive helpline at 0113 526 9646 (MONDAY to FRIDAY 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
