Engine management system (EMS)/Enginecontrol module (ECM) software update
On affected vehicles the Engine Management System (EMS) Software causes an error where the Malfunction Indication Lamp (MIL) will not indicate a defective Lambda sensor so the driver will not be alerted upon a failure resulting in a non-compliance to emissions regulation.
Install updated software to the Engine Control Module (ECM).
Front Tyre Durability Failure (3PF)
On affected vehicles the front tyre does not meet endurance requirements and if used beyond its lifespan there is a risk of vibration and abnormal handling.
Replace front tyre with a countermeasure part.
Addition of Engine Oil & Dipstick Replacement
Air may enter the oil system during aggressive deceleration which could cause the engine to degrade prematurely and fail due to internal damage.
Increase the engine oil capacity and install a redesigned dipstick to ensure accurate oil level measurement.
Passenger airbag replacement
In some SEAT EXEO (3R) vehicles within the specified range of VINs with a front passenger airbag by Takata a deterioration of the propellant could occur due to high air humidity and temperature changes. As a result in the event of an accident and the activation of the front passenger airbag fragments of the generator housing could become detached and injure the passengers.
The front passenger airgbag must be replaced.
Wheel Rims check
On affected vehicles the front Wheel Rims potentially have the wrong maximum Load weight stamped which will make the vehicle be non-compliant to regulations.
Check and if necessary replace the front wheel rims.
Stage-V 4LE2 engine improper ECM calibration
On the Clark forklift equipped with ISUZU Stage-V 4LE2 engine a function of the engine control module to count the number of faults in engine control module did not activate due to improper software settings.
Reprogram software of engine control module.

Takata front drivers or passenger airbag replacement
Urgent Safety Warning – Do Not Drive Your Vehicle Our information shows your vehicle was originally allocated to or used for an extended period of time in a region with a climate zone considered to as HIGH RISK. Issue: The front airbag in your VW vehicle contains an ageing inflator propellant that may explode when deployed due to long-term exposure to heat and humidity. Risk: If the airbag inflator explodes metal fragments may be ejected causing life-threatening or fatal injuries to anyone in the vehicle.
The front airbag must be replaced. Immediate Action Required: Stop driving your vehicle immediately. Contact the Takata Stop Drive helpline at 0113 526 9646 (MONDAY to FRIDAY 9:00AM to 5:00PM to arrange your recall service.

SRL250616 – Check serial number of the electric power steering pump for trailing axle – SCHKAEHPS1
As part of our continuous quality monitoring we have found that a thermal reaction may occur at the battery connection bolts of the electronically controlled power steering pump (EHPS (Electrohydraulic Power Steering)) of the trailing axle on vehicles of models eActros 983 and eEconic 956. The two battery connection points of the electronically controlled power steering pump of the trailing axle are located at the bottom in the installation position and are provided with a cover cap to protect against contact. Rain and splash water can collect in the cover cap. The water can no longer drain off due to missing drain holes. Because the battery connection points are standing in water electrochemical corrosion occurs that decomposes the bolts beyond the usual surface corrosion of the components. As a result of the corroded contact surface the transitional resistance at the terminal stud to the battery line increases and energy is released in the form of heat. Depending on the intensity and duration of the thermal reaction the battery lines and the circuit board of the electronically controlled power steering pump could ignite and in an unfavourable case flames could spread to surrounding components or the vehicle. This may increase the risk of fire. Failure of the electronically controlled power steering pump of the trailing axle has only minor effects on driving operation. There are only restrictions when reversing which however correspond to the operation of a non-steerable trailing axle. The turning circle could also be increased. However this is hardly noticeable to the driver.
As part of the recall campaign the electronically controlled power steering pump and the cover cap must be replaced on the affected vehicles.

Autonomous Telematics Box
Affected vehicles have been fitted with the wrong Autonomous Telematic Box. This means it cannot connect to the remoter server making it impossible to make E-Calls or use Intelligent Speed Assistance.
Replace the Autonomous Telematic Box.
Front suspension arm bolt replacement on certain Toyota Proace and Proace Verso
Affected vehicles may have excessive corrosion on the front suspension arm bolt due to the design in combination with environmental factors. As a result the bolt may fail which may affect controllability of the vehicle
Replacement of the front suspension arm bolts and bush
