It is possible that qualitatively defective tie-down eyes may have been installed on the body platform of these vehicles
Replace the tie-down eyes on the potentially affected vehicles
CONNECTING SCREWS ON THE ELECTRIC DRIVE MAY BE MISSING
Connecting screws on the electric drive may be missing in certain eVito vehicles.
Check affected vehicles for missing screws on the drive unit. Should at least one of the screws be missing replace the front drive module.
WATER CAN ACCUMULATE IN THE BOWDEN CABLES FOR THE THROTTLE VALVE
Water can accumulate in the Bowden cables for the throttle valve during intensive cleaning or longer rainy trips.
On affected vehicles the Bowden cables and the Bowden cable holder on the gas handle will be replaced.
ENGINE WIRING LOOM MAY TOUCH A STUD ON THE TRANSMISSION HOUSING
Engine wiring loom may touch a stud on the transmission housing
Transmission stud to be replaced with a bolt and rerouting of the wiring loom
WATER CAN ACCUMULATE IN THE BOWDEN CABLES FOR THE THROTTLE VALVE
Water can accumulate in the Bowden cables for the throttle valve during intensive cleaning or longer rainy trips.
On affected vehicles the Bowden cables and the Bowden cable holder on the gas handle will be replaced.
THE TRANSFER CASE CONTAINS A DUAL DRIVE GEAR WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN AN INCORRECT ORIENTATION
The transfer case contains a dual drive gear which may have been installed in an incorrect orientation.
Replace the transfer case.
FAULTY PARAMETERIZATION OF EXHAUST GAS AFTERTREATMENT CONTROL UNIT
Affected vehicles have a faulty parameterization of the �exhaust gas aftertreatment� control unit.
Programming update on the engine control unit.
THE ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE CAN BE UNINTENTIONALLY RELEASED WHEN DISENGAGING THE CLUTCH PEDAL

Cracks may appear around the rear leaf spring bush eye.
Replace the rear leaf springs and handbrake cable.
THE TRANSMISSION MAY EXPERIENCE A BUILD UP OF PRESSURE AND HEAT INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION
Expelled transmission fluid may come in contact with the turbocharger or other ignition sources within the engine compartment and lead to a vehicle fire
Replace the transmission valve body separator plate and reprogram the Powertrain Control Module.
