THE FACTORY ECU PROGRAMMING MAY CAUSE THE ENGINE TO AFTER FIRE WHEN KAWASAKI QUICK SHIFTER IS USED UNDER HEAVY ENGINE LOAD
The factory Electronic Control Unit programming may cause the engine to after fire when Kawasaki Quick Shifter is used under heavy engine load.
Reprogram the ECU. Replace the reed valves in the air suction valve assemblies on used motorcycles and if necessary replace any parts that have been heat damaged as a result of after-fire occurring.
THE E-CALL SERVICE FUNCTION MAY NOT ALWAYS FUNCTION
On affected vehicles the e-call service may not function
Update the Online Control Unit software on affected vehicle.

POSSIBLE COLLISION BETWEEN BRAKE HOSES AND WHEEL ARCH LINER AT THE FRONT AXLE
Contact could occur between brake hoses and the rear segment of the front axle wing panel liner resulting in chafing.
Check the position of the wing liner & modify as per working instructions.
A FRONT BRAKE PAD MAY DISLODGE UNDER BRAKING
The brake pad could detach from its retaining clip and fall away from the brake disc
Fit a 3mm spacer ring to the wheel before the brake disc to prevent the pad detaching
POSSIBILITY OF HUMIDITY INGRESS IN THE BOWDEN CABLES OF THE DOORS
Possibility of humidity ingress in the Bowden cables of the doors due to missing seals.
Remove cables and humidity and seal off. Poznan produced cables to be replaced.

IF MOISTURE ENTERS THE ABS MODULE IT COULD CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT
When the vehicle is turned off if moisture enters the ABS module it could cause an electrical short.
Affected vehicles will have a relay installed in the main fuse box to prevent power going to the ABS module when the ignition key is in the off position.
THE WHEEL ARCH LINER ON THE FRONT AXLE COULD TOUCH AND CHAFE THE FLEXIBLE BRAKE HOSE
The wheel arch liner on the front axle could touch and chafe the flexible brake hose.
Check the condition and clearance of the flexible brake hoses replacing them if necessary. Additionally the corresponding wheel arch liner will be modified to provide adequate clearance.

UNDER BRAKING PRESSURE THE BRAKE PEDAL DEFLECTS AND CONTACTSTHE SKID PLATE INHIBITING REAR WHEEL BRAKING PERFORMANCE
The brake pedal deflects under braking pressure and contacts the Skid Plate which inhibits rear wheel braking performance.
Replace the Accessory Skid Plate with a new remedial part.
