ON AFFECTED VEHICLES SEAT BELT MOUNTING BOLTS MAY NOT BE SECURELY ATTACHED
On affected vehicles seat belt mounting bolts may not be securely attached.
Check connections of both front seat belts and rework if necessary.
DAMAGED BATTERY CELLS COULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN THE HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY WHICH COULD LEAD TO A THERMAIL OVERLOAD
On affected vehicles damaged battery cells could have been installed in the high voltage battery which could lead to a thermal overload.
Replace the batteries.
AN ADDITIONAL CRASH PAD IS REQUIRED BEHIND THE AUXILIARY BATTERY
To comply with the regulation an additional crash pad is required behind the auxiliary battery.
On the affected vehicles the crash pad will be retrofitted.
REAR SEAT FRAME MIGHT SLIDE UNINTENTIONALLY IN ACCIDENT
There is a risk that the rear seat rail lock might not function as designed
Inspect and if necessary replace the rear seat frames.
THE RIGHT FRONT LOWER ARM ASSEMBLY COULD BE BROKEN DUE TO IMPROPER WELDING
The right front lower arm assembly could be broken due to improper welding by the supplier.
The right front lower arm will be replaced
WATER MAY PENETRATE INTO THE BRAKE VACUUM PUMP
Water may penetrate into the brake vacuum pump causing corrosion.
The brake vacuum pump will be replaced with a countermeasure one
THE REAR RIGHT BRAKE CALLIPER COULD DISPLAY MICRO CRACKS
The rear right brake calliper could display micro-cracks
The production date must be checked and if necessary the brake calliper must be replaced
THE DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER MIGHT BE DEFECTIVE / DEVELOP CRACKS
The Diesel Particle Filter (DPF) might be defective / develop cracks.
Replace the Diesel particular filters on all affected vehicles.
THE VEHICLE MAY EXPERIENCE A LOSS OF POWER DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUEL SUPPLY TO THE ENGINE
On affected vehicle a blocked fuel pump nozzle may lead to a loss of power.
Inspect the nozzle and replace if burs are detected.
INCORRECT TORQUE SETTINGS ON GEAR CHANGE PIVOT BOLT MIGHT CAUSE LOOSENING DURING STRONG OPERATION
Possible inappropriate tightening torque settings on the gear change pivot bolt.
Replace the gear change bolt with a new bolt and apply locking agent.

Replace the gear change bolt with a new bolt and apply locking agent.
DUE TO IMPROPER ECM PROGRAMMING UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES THE IGNITION COIL MAY BE ENERGIZED LONGER THAN DESIGNED AFTER THE ENGINE IS OFF
Possible engine stall and restart failure.
Re-programme the engine control module and replace if required the ignition coil.
