THE LOCK WASHER OF THE PIN JOINING THE BRAKE PEDAL TO THE BEARING PEDESTAL COULD COME LOOSE
The lock washer of the pin joining the brake pedal to the bearing pedestal could come loose.
Provide additional securement of the bearing pedestal to the brake pedal by means of fitting an additional retaining ring.
A MANUFACTURING ISSUE COULD PREVENT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FROM RETURNING TO ITS RESTING POSITION
Inconsistent fitment of the fuse box and the electrical harness may prevent the accelerator pedal from returning to its resting position.
Check and if necessary rework the A-post lower trim ensuring correct clearance of the trim to the accelerator pedal.
A MANUFACTURING ISSUE COULD PREVENT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FROM RETURNING TO ITS RESTING POSITION

The front lower ball-joint locating bolt and fixing nut might have been incorrectly tightened or not fitted correctly.
Replace the bolts and fixing nuts that attach both of the front lower ball joints to the front hub assemblies.
THE REAR WHEEL HUB SHOCK ABSORBER AND BRAKE CALIPER ARE POSSIBLY NOT TIGHTENED ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATION
The rear wheel hub the shock absorber and the brake calliper are possibly not tightened according to specification.
Check the affected bolted connections on the rear axle for correct tightening torque application and replace affected components if necessary.
