THE NUT OF THE ECCENTRIC SCREW COULD BREAK ON THE REAR AXLE LOWER LEVER ARM
The nut of the eccentric screw could break on the rear axle lower lever arm which may cause alterations in the wheel alignment of the rear axle.
Replace with new known correct nuts from outside identified manufacturing batches. If the screw connection is already damaged this will additionally be replaced.
POSSIBLE LACK OF COTTER PIN OR WRONG COTTER PIN ASSEMBLY ON STEERING AXLE
Possible lack of cotter pin on steering axle or possible wrong cotter pin assembly on steering axle.
Check and re-torque the nut and replacement of the cotter pin on the steering track rod.
