THE BRAKE HOSE OF THE FRONT AXLE COULD TOUCH AND CHAFE THE WHEEL HOUSING INTERIOR LINING.
The brake hose of the front axle could touch and chafe the wheel housing interior lining.
Exchange the brake hoses on the front axle on the affected vehicles with a revised version.
B+ CABLE WAS WRONGLY CONNECTED AT THE B+ DISTRIBUTOR
There is the possibility that the B+ cables were wrongly connected at the B+ distributor and that the fuses (60 A and 300 A) could be installed in the wrong order.
Conduct a visual check of the two fuses and cables to confirm they are in the correct position if incorrect re-position the fuses and/or cables to the correct position and re-torque the connection.
THE RIGHT HAND REAR BRAKE CALIPER COULD FAIL DURING AN ACTIVATION OF THE PARKING BRAKE
The Right-Hand Rear Brake Caliper could fail during an activation of the parking brake.
Inspect and where necessary replace right hand rear brake caliper.

The electromechanical brake servo must be replaced on the affected vehicles.

The banjo bolt that is fitted between the flexi-hose and the caliper within the brake assembly on each corner of the vehicle may not function properly.
Disassemble the brake hose assembly remove the banjo bolt and inspect it. In the event the banjo bolt is defective it will be replaced. The brake hose assembly will then be reassembled and the brakes bled.
