Check to ensure the curtain airbag fasteners are correctly fitted. Cable routing is also checked and if necessary corrected.
AN INCORRECT DIAMETER REAR AXLE TORSION BAR (ANTI ROLL BAR) MIGHT BE INSTALLED
An incorrect diameter rear axle torsion bar (anti roll bar) might be installed.
: Replace the rear axle torsion bar (anti roll bar) on the affected vehicles.
THE BOLTING OF A 12V POWER SUPPLY LINE MIGHT BE FASTENED WITH AN INSUFFICIENT TORQUE
The bolting of a 12V power supply line might be fastened with an insufficient torque.
Check the bolting of the wiring harness for correct torque and correct it if necessary. Additionally the contact area will be checked for potentially existing damages and if necessary the affected electrical lines and the contact module will be replaced.
THE 4 HANDLEBAR FIXING BOLTS MAY BE DEFORMED AND COULD BECOME LOOSE
The 4 handlebar fixing bolts may be deformed and could become loose.
Affected vehicles will have the 4 bolts of the handlebar holders replaced with new ones.
SOME STEERING SHAFTS WERE ASSEMBLED WITH AN INCORRECT COMPONENT
Some steering shafts were assembled with an incorrect component.
Check steering shaft and replace if necessary.
A SPECIFIC RELAY ASSEMBLED IN THE VEHICLE MAY SHORT CIRCUIT
There is a risk that a specific relay assembled in the vehicle may short-circuit.

THE WIRING HARNESS OF THE AIRBAG CONTROL UNIT MAY POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT BY THE CLUTCH PEDAL DURING INSTALLATION
There is a possibility that the wiring harness of the airbag control unit was caught by the clutch pedal during installation.
The correct position of the airbag control unit wiring harness must be checked and if required secured in the correct position. Repair any existing damage as necessary.
THE WIRING HARNESS OF THE AIRBAG CONTROL UNIT MAY POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT BY THE CLUTCH PEDAL DURING INSTALLATION

The subject vehicles may experience abnormal performance of the front right hand seatbelt pretensioner during deployment.
Replace the front right hand seatbelt assembly with a countermeasure part.
VEHICLES FITTED WITH A REAR RIGHT SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER MAY EXPERIENCE ABNORMAL PERFORMANCE OF THE PRETENSIONER DURING DEPLOYMENT
Vehicles fitted with a rear right seat belt pretensioner within the affected production range may experience abnormal performance of the pretensioner during deployment
Inspect the bar code on the rear right hand seatbelt assembly and replace if found within the affected production range with a countermeasure part.
THE CURRENT LOCK TAB ON THE RETAINING NUT LOCK WASHER OF THE FRONT AXLE HUB MAY BEND OR BREAK
The current lock tab on the retaining nut lock washer of the front axle hub may bend or break.
Replace on both left and right front axle wheel hub lock washers and retaining nuts.
