Steering Road Assemblies
Affected components may not have been correctly heat-treated during production resulting in reduced durability of the ball pins which may increase the risk of a subsequent drag link separation. A complete breakage in the drag link could sever the connection between the steering rod and both vehicle wheels leading to a lack of steerability and potentially to an increased accident risk with personal injury.
Affected components will be replaced.
25C62 - Transit – Double Chassis Side Marker Lamps Missing
Affected vehicles have been produced without the required front side marker lamps.
Remove the existing front door body side mouldings and replace with new body side mouldings that include the side marker lamps.
SPORTSTER S UPPER TRIPLE CLAMP AND RECALL
The upper triple clamp may fracture under extreme loading conditions. An upper triple clamp that fractures while the motorcycle is being operated could lead to a loss of control increasing the risk of a crash.
Inspection of the upper triple clamp to determine if an old revision or a casting anomaly is present. If a concern is present the upper triple clamp will be replaced.
Range Rover and Range Rover Sport Samsung PHEV Battery Cell Degradation
A concern has been identified on certain Range Rover & Range Rover Sport PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) vehicles containing high-voltage batteries with cells manufactured between 11th and 12th April 2018. Cathode damage introduced during the cell folding process can lead to high time-in-service cell degradation.
Data will be extracted from vehicles then the high voltage traction battery pack will be replaced.

Seat Recliner
On affected vehicles equipped with manually operated front seats there is a potential issue on the front seats due to insufficient welding strength between the recliner and the lower bracket on the seat backrest which may compromise the backrest’s ability to provide optimal occupant protection in the event of an impact.
Inspect both front seats and install additional brackets as required.
Primastar X82 Tyre Configuration
For affected vehicles the tyre size has been incorrectly configured in some of the control units. In this condition the calculation of the vehicle speed for display is made using incorrect data. As a result the vehicle displays a calculated vehicle speed that is 2% lower than the actual speed of the vehicle.
Reconfigure the Body Control Module (BCM) Anti-Lock braking System (ABS) and Front Camera with the correct tyre size.
25SF3 Puma Restraint Control Module Software
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 25SF3 may not have been delivered properly and may still have incorrect Restraint Control Module (RCM) software. If the incorrect software is installed the system will not display any warnings and the restraints system performance could be degraded in an accident increasing the risk of injury.
Update the RCM and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
25C76 EcoSport - Powertrain Control Module Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 21C08 may not have been delivered properly and diagnostic equipment connected via the Onboard diagnostic port will not read out the long term fuel consumption and distance values as per required regulation.
Update the Powertrain Control Module and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
25C80 Transit - Body Control Module Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 25C80 may not have been delivered properly and incorrect Body Control Module (BCM) software may prevent the side parking lights from functioning as intended
Update the BCM software and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
25C83 Mustang - Powertrain Control Module Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 20C06 may not have been delivered properly and the underlying condition may still exist. The condition may cause the Gear Shift Indication to recommend gear changes at intervals that do not meet the specification.
Update the Powertrain Control Module software and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
High-voltage modules replacement
On affected vehicles it's possible a faulty module has been installed in the high-voltage battery which may cause either a loss of range a yellow warning lamp to light up or a risk of the battery overheating leading to a fire.
Check and replace the affected battery modules.

Market feedback has identified a few limited instances of an improperly locked driveshaft nut that may cause wheel vibration and abnormal noise on Omoda 5 and E5 models.
To address this issue authorised dealers are required to inspect the driveshaft nut locking condition on all affected vehicles. Where any non conformity is identified corrective measures shall be undertaken in accordance with Omoda and Jaecoo UK Limited s technical instructions.
