Interstar (XDD/XDE) Accelerator Pedal
For certain vehicles the end-stop breaking force of the accelerator pedal is lower than the intended technical specification. This may lead to a rupture of the accelerator pedal assembly if the pedal is pressed vigorously.

HV Battery
On affected vehicles following charging there is a risk of an overheating High Voltage Battery Cell which could lead to a risk of fire.
Volvo Cars is confident that limiting the battery s maximum state of charge to 70% will eliminate the risk of overheating. Additionally we would advise the following precautions. Do not leave your vehicle unattended whilst charging within buildings or covered areas. If you see any vehicle warnings in the car or app during or after charging seek assistance. The HV Battery modules will be inspected and replaced.

M0387 Silencer particulate filter insert gasket replace
On affected vehicles there is a risk DPF bypass leakage can occur due to gasket assembly and material issues at the supplier. The bypass leakage can lead to excessive particle number emissions from the engine and after treatment system.
Remove DPF and fit an improved gasket.

SRL251215 – VER-RADBLE
As part of our ongoing quality monitoring we have determined that on Actros 963 and eActros 983 vehicles the rear wheel arch cover on the front axle could fall off. A design-related plastic rib that is too high leads to a collision between the wheel arch cover and the fender. Due to the excessively high plastic rib on the rear wheel arch cover of the front axle this may be installed with preload and thus some fastening points may not be fully engaged. As a consequence the engaged fastening points of the wheel arch cover may fracture and the wheel arch cover (931 mm x 652 mm x 70 mm approx. 1.81 kg) may completely detach from the vehicle and fall off due to the dynamic load during driving operation. This may increase the risk of accidents for other road users.
As part of the recall campaign the excessively high plastic rib must be shortened on the potentially affected vehicles.

Gear Change Pedal Bolt
On affected motorcycles due to the proximity of the exhaust to the gear change pivot bolt radiant heat from the exhaust system increases the temperature of the gear change pivot bolt seat causing the painted surface to buckle and the bolt to loosen. In some cases the pivot bolt can fall off and the gear change pedal sags leaving the rider unable to change gear.
Remove paint from the Gear change pedal fastening seat surface and install a modified Gear change pedal pivot bolt and additional washer.

23-24M e:Ny1 Combination Meter Total Mileage Display Malfunction
On affected vehicles after the voltage of the 12V battery drops when the vehicle is started after charging or replacing the battery the ODO distance displayed on the Meter is reset to 0 miles. This does not comply with the relevant regulations.
Install updated software.

For affected machines the rate of engine oil consumption may deteriorate quickly. Continued riding without noticing that the amount of oil has decreased could result in reduced oil pressure that may lead to seizure.
Step One is to ensure regular monitoring of oil level to avoid the failure occurring. Please contact your preferred authorised Honda retailer to arrange an appointment to have your oil consumption level checked. Honda is currently finalising step two to ensure the oil consumption issue can be resolved on all affected motorcycles as quickly as possible. You will receive a further letter to inform you when this is available.

SRPC2521 – Routing of transmission wiring harness
Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain E-Class AMG (214 platform) vehicles with 4-wheel-drive the routing of the transmission wiring harness might not meet specifications.
As a precautionary measure Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will check the routing of the transmission wiring harness on the affected vehicles and rework it if necessary.
