Removal of alternator to main harness connector
On affected vehicles under specific environmental conditions a localised high impedance area can occur within the connector leading to high current though small contact areas. This can lead to excessive heat causing the connector to deform. In this event the alternator may not continue to provide energy to the system which may lead to a low battery warning and cause the bike to power off as well as potential thermal/degradation concerns.

Hopper Rear Door Cylinder Pin
Occasion has arisen where the pin securing the hydraulic rear door cylinder has failed owing to corrosion and seizing of the pin causing the door to drop to its vertical position if the door is in an open position.
The pin must be replaced by a revised pin made of a high strength high hardness corrosion resistant stainless steel.
CR311 Replacement of rigid duct for rear brake hose
Potential malfunction of the rear brake.
Replacement of rigid duct for rear brake hose located on the swinging arm. Background: To further improve the thermal protection of the rear braking system thereby reducing exposure to heat from the rear bank exhaust manifold a new elongated rigid duct complete with a specific heat reflective sleeve has been designed and introduced for the rear brake hose. The heat reflective sleeve must be intact and left in place during the upgrade. This CR311 replaces and cancels the CR285. Bikes already updated with the CR285: must ALSO perform this new upgrade. Bikes not yet updated with the CR285: must ONLY perform this upgrade.

Vans circuit brake pipe
During drilling to install the seatbelt mast base plate the drill may penetrate too far and damage the brake hoses under the floor.
Carry out a check of the brake circuit pipe situated vertically to the belt mast attachment (potentially behind the thermal protection plate). Repair if necessary

RWT (reinforced water tightness) starter on Toyota 4-cylinder GR Supra
For affected vehicles due to unexpected wear on an internal component the starter motor may not function properly. In some cases this could lead to a non-starting engine or in extreme cases cause a thermal event or fire when attempting to start the engine or while driving.
Replacement of the Starter motor.
Potential defect on fuel return pipes on certain Toyota Proace Max
For certain vehicles the fuel return pipe was produced in an out-of-specification condition in which certain rubber hose sections may not have been properly vulcanized. This could weaken the connections with other parts and potentially lead to fuel leakage.
Inspect and replace the fuel return pipe if necessary.
2020-2025 Jeep Wrangler and 2022-2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee PHEV vehicles. High voltage battery.
On affected vehicles the High Voltage (HV) battery may have been built with a battery pack which contains cells which are susceptible to separator damage which combined with other complex interactions within the cells may lead to a vehicle fire.
Reprogram the battery pack control module with modified software and check and if necessary replace the HV Battery.

Fiat Professional 2025 Doblo and Scudo. Fuel injection common rail. Fuel leak
On affected vehicles a non-conformity issue with the fuel injection common rail may lead to a loosening of the nut and a potential fuel leak.
Check the fuel injection common rail and if necessary replace the rail and high-pressure fuel pipes.
Civic Wheel Steel Bushes Missing (Accessory)
On affected vehicles the alloy steel bushes may be missing in all five positions of the alloy wheel. This may result in the wheel nuts falling off or in the worst-case scenario wheel detachment.
Inspect the wheels for the presence of bush and replace wheel(s) in case of missing bushes.
Engine Management System (EMS) software Update
On affected vehicles the Engine Management System (EMS) Indicator Diagnostic Trouble Code (IDTC) may not update correctly.
Install updated software.

25C77 Focus Telematics Control Unit Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 20C22 may not have been delivered properly and the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) in these vehicles may disconnect from Ford’s Service Delivery Network and become unresponsive.
Update the TCU software and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
Fiat Professional Scudo and Doblo. IVI software via OTA update.
Affected vehicle may face a black screen on the Instrument Panel Cluster with several functions not available to view.
Update the In-Vehicle-Infotainment software via Over-the-Air.
Fiat Professional 2025/2026 Ducato (290/295). Fuel pipe leak
Affected vehicles may have been fitted with fuel return pipes not according to specification which can lead to a fuel leak.
Check the fuel return pipes and replace if necessary.

Affected vehicle may face a black screen on the Instrument Panel Cluster with several functions not available to view.
Update the In-Vehicle-Infotainment software via Over-the-Air.
25C81 Puma - Instrument Panel Cluster Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 24C18 may not have been delivered properly and vehicles may still have an intermittent Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) display issue.
Update the IPC software and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
Emergency open door warning software Update
On affected vehicles the Emergency door buzzer does not work when the passenger door is opened using the emergency switch.
Install updated software.
Alfa Romeo Giulia cable (wiring harness) branch
On affected vehicles due to a production nonconformity the wiring harness leading to the headlamp ECU could become damaged by tyre interference with the wheel arch liner which could result in error messages being displayed and a loss of headlamp low beam functionality.
Inspect wiring harness and wheel arch liner for damage and repair or replace as necessary.
25C84 Mach-E - SYNC Software Update
On affected vehicles the software repair for previous recall 21C16 may not have been delivered properly and the underlying condition may still exist meaning the incorrect software could cause the eCall system to not work as intended.
Update the SYNC module software and perform an additional verification process to ensure the configuration has been installed correctly.
