AJ20-D6 and AJ20-P6 Engine Oil Filter Housing Cracked
On affected vehicles the incorrect specification of plastic was used to manufacture the oil filter housing. This housing may over time and with vehicle use crack. This could result in oil under pressure leaking and coming into contact with hot components of the engine which may result in a fire. Additionally oil may leak onto the road surface posing a skid hazard.
Replace the oil filter housing complete with filter and associated O-rings.

High voltage emergency shutdown can be overridden by intelligent charging
On affected vehicles the high voltage emergency shutdown can be overridden by intelligent charging when low voltage batteries state of charge drops below a specific level.
Update drive module software and dashboard display software.
Malfunctioning Steering Column Control Module (SCCM)
On affected vehicles the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) may have a turn signal self-cancelling anti-jam component out of specification an internal short circuit on the SCCM printed circuit board (PCB) and/or a turn signal lever debouncing time limit which is too short.
Flash the SCCM with new software and complete the SCCM testing.

High pressure fuel pump
On affected vehicles the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) may fail prematurely.
Replacement of the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) and inspection. If required replacement of additional fuel system components.

Modification of charging wire
On affected models the starter relay connector can overheat and melt which prevents the battery charging
Modify the wiring to the starter relay.
Use of the contaminated compound in a limited number of tyres could result in a localised loss of adhesion between the steel belts.

SRC240607 RC2404 Inspection and replacement of the mounting supports on the vehicle frame
On affected vehicles the body mounting supports can become deformed when the vehicle body is attached. This deformation can potentially cause the mounting support to break. In the worst-case scenario this can lead to the loss of the vehicle body.
Visual inspection of mounting supports any exhibiting deformation will be replaced. Version 1 mounting supports will also be reinforced with additional inserts to prevent deformation of the mounting supports.

SRC240409 RC2401 Replacement of information label for airbag on front passenger sun visor
On affected vehicles an incorrect airbag label is printed on the passenger sun visor. The label informs of the danger of using a child seat in a vehicle with a front passenger airbag. If a child seat is used and installed incorrectly the occupant may be injured in the event of a road traffic collision.
Check the label and replace the existing passenger sun visor if required.

Reverse gear switch not functioning as intended.
On affected vehicles the reversing gear switch is not according to specification. This could result in a failure to illuminate the rear light of the vehicle during a reversing manoeuvre.
Check the reversing gear switch and replacement if required
SRL240430 – ABH-FALT Change parameters in advanced signal acquision and actuation module (ASAM) Control unit
On affected vehicles the data record of the folding door control was overwritten incorrectly resulting in the folding door closing automatically after “ignition off” and 60 seconds. The door control is de-energised so reversing and automatic reversing functions do not work. Very high closing forces can be generated resulting in personal injury.
Restore the original door control parameters.
AJ21-D4 Turbo Oil Feed Pipe Leak
On certain vehicles there may be insufficient clamp load on the turbocharger oil feed pipe which may over time loosen and lead to an oil leak.
The oil feed pipe will be removed the O-rings replaced lubricated and an additional clamp installed.
