Affected vehicles will have the clutch and engine oil replaced.
Brake line bolted connection
On Caddy vehicles of a limited production period a fault when tightening the rear left brake line can cause leaks from the brake hose connection. A leak can lead to a gradual loss of brake fluid. The resulting too low brake fluid level is shown with the illumination of a warning lamp or display in instrument cluster. The loss of brake fluid level can adversely affect the braking performance.
The affected rear left brake line bolted connection at the connection to the brake hose must be checked and modified.
Programming Control Units (SME)
For certain vehicles there is a software update available to improve the management of the high voltage battery in the event of an insulation fault.
The battery management control software will be updated.

On affected vehicles the Type Plate may contain incorrectly printed information or has information missing.
On affected vehicles the Type Plate will be replaced.
Reworking Vario Top case latch
On motorcycles fitted with the accessory Vario top cases it is possible the case is not securely locked to the motorcycle and may detach.
On the affected Vario top cases the latch mechanism will be reworked and the customer operating instructions updated.
Engine fuel pipe check/replace
On affected vehicles there is risk that a fuel hose may chafe against a wiring harness resulting in fuel leakage onto the engine which might cause smell of fuel inside the cabin excessive fuel consumption and a risk of a thermal event in the engine compartment.
Check fuel hose and replace if necessary and install a retainer.
295/30ZR22 (103Y) and 315/30ZR22 (107Y) GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 SUPERSPORT
A small number of 295/30ZR22 (103Y) and 315/30ZR22 (107Y) tyres are subject to a manufacturing variation and are susceptible to experiencing tread deformation or crown separation when running at high speed possibly leading to a loss of control of the vehicle.
All the dealers who may have received tyres in scope will be contacted. If they have already sold tyres we ask them to contact their customers to whom they have sold tyres. All the tyres with DOT code 1L1K8 JB1R 1224 and 1L1HA JC1R 1224 will be exchanged free of charge.

Kia EV9 and Niro SG2 Gear Drive Unit Recall
On affected vehicles due to Improper torque applied to the Gear Drive Unit during assembly by the differential gear supplier they may exhibit a grinding noise while driving which can result in a loss of motive power and/or cause the differential to lock up.
On the affected vehicles the Gear Drive Unit will be replaced.

24S29 - Transit Connect Panoramic Roof
Transit Connect vehicles fitted with glass panoramic roofs may be subject to wind noise water leak and in rare cases separation from the vehicle.
Remove and re-install glass roof.
FUEL PUMP FLANGE OUTLET LEAK
Affected 2023-2024 model year Polaris Sportsman 850 XP 1000 and XP 1000 S ATVs may experience a fuel leak at the fuel pump flange outlet.
Replacement of the fuel pump and a PFA cover and jumper harness will be installed.
Seat Belt Buckle Bracket Improper Weld
On affected vehicles the passenger seat belt mount for the buckle may not be properly welded. This could result in the anchor point separating from the frame.
Affected vehicles will be checked and if required a new seat belt crossbar will be fitted.
LiveWire S2 Del Mar High Voltage Fuse Recall
On affected machines the high voltage fuse on the MY24 LiveWire S2 Del Mar electric motorcycle may open under certain riding conditions resulting in a loss of propulsion.
Installation of a higher voltage fuse.
Kia Picanto EGR Valve
On affected vehicles a short circuit inside the EGR (Exhaust Gas Circulation) valve may occur potentially causing the engine to stall before a warning light is displayed.
On the affected vehicles the EGR Valve will be replaced.
Handpole Casting failure
On affected vehicles the hand pole fixing bracket/casting at the celling may fracture and break free resulting in the potential risk of passenger fall and injury when using the hand pole.
Remedy is to replace the current hand pole casting with the previous design casting which can handle more force.
2024 Jeep Renegade and Compass PHEV 12V cable connection
On certain vehicles the under-seat intermediate connection or the rear connection to the Integrated Dual Charging Module (IDCM) may not be tightened to the proper torque which may cause overheating of the terminal with risk of thermal incident to surrounding parts.
Check the conformity of the fastener torque on the 12V cable connection and if required replacement of the cable.

Jeep Wrangler 2016 (JK) Airbag clockspring
On certain vehicles the steering wheel airbag clock spring may have been built with a design that can allow dust or dirt to enter the mechanism when exposed to certain environmental conditions.
Replacement of the steering wheel airbag clock spring.
Starter Motor Cable
On affected vehicles there is a risk that heat from the exhaust Turbo may cause the rubber protection cap covering the power feed cable terminal to the starter motor solenoid to heat up and ignite with a risk of fire.
Remove the rubber protection cap and if necessary replace the heat shield.
Anti Roll Bar C Clamp Crack
On affected vehicles the C Clamp supporting the anti-roll bar may deform and shear at the upper mounting face resulting in increased body roll.
Replace Anti-roll bar C clamps with redesigned clamp.

On affected vehicles during a passenger airbag deployment the airbag may tear as a result of the facia airbag deployment door panel not being sufficiently weakened.
Vehicles will have the passenger airbag module and associated components replaced.
TGL TGM TGS TGX: The 24V sockets in the instrument panel can overheat.
On affected vehicles an incorrect build-up of heat in the 24-volt socket installed in the instrument panel may be produced. This may result in functional impairments and damage due to heat development resulting in a fire.
Check and replace the 24-volt socket.
