FRONT STABILISER BAR BRACKETS CONCERN
The front suspension stabiliser bar brackets may fracture.
Replace both front stabiliser bar brackets.
DOOR SECURITY CONCERN
Customers may find that they are unable to secure the front and side doors of their vehicles due to wear of the locking bolt due to omission of heat treatment.
Rectified by replacing both the front and side door locks.
POWER STEERING PIPE CONCERN.
Power steering flexible return hose may chafe on the engine crankshaft pulley.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a bracket to hold the return hose away from the pulley.
REAR BRAKE ROLLERS CONCERN
Insufficient initial lubrication of the rear brake shoe rollers may result in excessive wear of the rollers and failure or lock-up of the rear brakes.
Examine the rear brake rollers pins and shoes for excessive wear and damage. Fit new components where necessary.
SEAT ADJUSTER CONCERN
The driver and front passenger seat longtitudinal adjuster latch spring may weaken and fail to lock the seat in the selected position. This could affect the drivers control of the vehicle and/or passenger safety.
Recall affected vehicles and check the effectiveness of the adjuster latch spring. Fit a new seat base in cases where the spring is found to be defective.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF POWER ASSISTANCE TO BRAKES
The brake vacuum pump body may fracture or the vanes break up causing seizure that results in loss of vacuum assistance for the brake system.
Replace the original vacuum pump with a latest level quality assured unit.
POTENTIAL FUEL LEAKS
There is a risk of the diesel return pipe rubbing against the alternator and there is a risk of leakage from the connections of the high pressure pipes to the injectors. It is possible that the high pressure pump supply pipe may wear against the acoustic protector.
Reposition or replace any chafing fuel pipes as appropriate. Check the union connections for correct tightness on the high pressure pipes to the injectors.

SEAT BELT PRE- TENSIONER MALFUNCTION.
Possible electrical short circuit in wiring harness may cause seat belt pre-tensioners to activate unnecessarily when ignition switched on.
Examine seat belt pre-tensioner wiring harness for damage and fit an additional protective sleeve.
PASSENGER AIR BAG SECURITY
There is a possibility that one of the four securing bolts may be missing which could cause incorrect deployment of the air bag during operation.
Recall affected vehicles and replace any missing air bag securing bolts.
RISK OF FAILURE OF REAR AXLE TRANSVERSE LINK.
Moisture can enter the rear axle ball joints this moisture can start corrosion of the joints ultimately causing the joints to seize.
Recall affected vehicles for replacement of ball joints and transverse links.
POSSIBLE DISTORTION OF SAFETY CATCH ON TOW HITCH.
It is possible that the latch plate used to retain the hitch hook may have been manufactured from an unsuitable material. This can lead to the latch deforming under load and allow the trailer or implement to become detached from the vehicle.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured replacement safety latch.
MID LIFT AXLE HANGER BRACKET CONCERN
The mid lift axle front hanger bracket fixing bolts may have been insufficiently tightened. As a consequence the hanger bracket could become loose to the chassis.
Recall affected vehicles replace any damaged hanger bracket fixing bolts and tighten all bolts to the specified torque.
HAND BRAKE MAY FAIL
The self-adjusting mechanism may become out of range or fail to engage. Either condition could lead to the vehicle rolling away.
Identify type of handbrake cable fitted and install short cable if not already installed. In all cases install lockout clip to the self adjust mechanism.
FAULTY ENGINE IMMOBILISER
The engine may fail to start or may stop without warning whilst driving due to a fault in the engine immobiliser
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured replacement engine immobiliser. This recall only affects UK spec vehicles.
GEARSHIFT CONTROL CABLE CONCERN
On some vehicles there is a possibility that the inner cable of the gearshift control cable may have been deformed through improper installation on the production line. In use the deformed cable may break due to over-stressing. This would result in the drivers' inability to select the gears.
Recall affected vehicles and replace any damaged gearshift control cables.
ROADWHEELS MAY BECOME LOOSE
There is a possibility that the bolt locating inserts fitted to the magnesium wheel rims may crack if excessive torque is applied to the retaining bolts. This may result in the possible loosening of the affected bolts.
Replace the original wheel rims with aluminium ones that do not have inserts. Also fit new wheel bolts.
FRONT SUSPENSION BALL JOINT CIRCLIP
Under conditions of excessively rough use such as driving over kerbs etc the front suspension ball joint taper pin may become loose in the suspension upright. If this occurs the secondary retaining circlip may be ineffective in preventing the complete detachment of the suspension upright from the track control arm.
Replace the existing circlip with an improved design part.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT WIRING LOOM
The engine compartment wiring loom may chafe on one of the engine cooling system thermostat housing securing bolts. In the worst case circumstances this could result in a short circuit and a fire risk.
Recall affected vehicles to reposition and protect the wiring loom from chafing.
FUEL TANK HEATSHIELD MAY BECOME INSECURE
The rivets securing the fuel tank heatshield may corrode and break causing the heatshield to rattle excessively.
Recall affected vehicles and replace rivets with nuts and bolts.
FUEL TANK HEATSHIELD MAY BECOME INSECURE
The rivets securing the fuel tank heatshield may corrode and break causing the heatshield to rattle excessively.
Recall affected vehicles and replace rivets with nuts and bolts.
PASSENGER AIRBAG MAY FAIL TO DEPLOY
Incorrect specification passenger airbag internal module.
Recall affected vehicles replace airbag.
THE LEFT HAND FRONT SEAT LOWER SEAT BELT MOUNTING BOLT MAY DETACH
There is a possible risk of the lower seat belt mounting bolt on the front left hand seat being loose or misaligned.
Recall affected vehicles check installation of bolt - if correctly installed check tightness of bolt if bolt is not located correctly replace with supplied bolt.
TAILBOARD LATCH CONCERN
The tailboard latch may not keep the tailboard in the closed position. This could result in the load dropping onto the highway.
Modify the tailboard latch.
