BRAKE PEDAL STOP FRACTURES
The brake pedal return stop bracket may fracture and permit the pedal to rise above its normal rest position. This could delay application of the brake in an emergency.
Install a supplementary brake pedal stop bracket.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT FUEL LEAK CONCERN
After extended use the fuel rail crossover tube O rings may leak fuel. This may lead to an engine compartment fire.
Fit external seals at the fuel crossover points. If the joints are leaking or show signs of rust the fuel rail assembly will be replaced.
POSSIBLE INCORRECT WIRING OF AIRBAG
There is a possibility that the right hand airbag sensor is programmed with the wrong sensing direction software. This might cause the right hand side airbag not to deploy in case of collision to the right hand side.
All recalled vehicles will have the right hand side impact sensor replaced with the latest version.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL
There is a possibility that the clamp bolt on the drag link tube may not have been tightened to the correct torque. In the worst case a loss of steering control could occur.
Check clamp bolt for correct torque and tighten where necessary. If found finger loose replace the complete drag link assembly.
INCORRECT TORQUE OF WHEEL BOLTS
The road wheel fixing bolts may not have been correctly torqued and could loosen over a period of use.
Check the wheel fixing bolts for correct torque and tighten or renew as appropriate.
TWO GEARS MAY BE SELECTED AT THE SAME TIME
Transmission output shaft critical dimension may be shorter than the specification. In the worst case this could result in two gears being selected at the same time and cause the gearbox to lock up.
Check transmission serial number and replace any gearbox found to be within the affected range.

Check transmission serial number and replace any gearbox found to be within the affected range.
PASSENGER AIRBAG MAY NOT COMPLETELY DEPLOY
The front passenger air bag may not fully deploy in an impact.
Fit a replacement air bag.
BRAKE LINES COULD LEAK
The front brake lines could leak due to the fragility of the junction block with the result that the braking system could fail.
Recalled machines will be inspected for brake fluid leaks from the front brake lines. Should a leak be found the lines will be replaced and a replacement retainer kit fitted. Should no leakage be present the retainer kit only will be fitted.
SIDE AIRBAG WIRING MAY HAVE BEEN TRANSPOSED
The opposite side air bag may deploy in the event of a side impact due to the electrical connections being transposed.
Fit new air bag wiring harness to all affected vehicles.
FUEL LINES MAY CHAFE IN CLAMPS.
The fuel hoses' plastic clamps may wear through the hoses and cause a fuel leak.
Replace any wear damaged fuel hoses and fit new hose clamps. Additionally install a vent pipe in the fuel supply system.
REAR WHEEL FRACTURE
The rear wheel spoke may fracture.
Fit a new design of rear wheel.
WATER INGRESS TO ABS CONTROL UNIT
Water may enter the ABS (antilock brake) control unit through a harness connector. This will cause the ABS control unit to malfunction and the fault warning lamp to illuminate.
Fit a new ABS wiring harness which has watertight connectors.
FRONT BRAKE PIPE MAY CHAFE ON ANTI ROLL BAR
The front left hand anti-roll bar linkage may contact and chafe the brake pipe when turning the wheels to full left lock.
Inspect and where necessary reposition the left front brake pipe.
POSSIBLE REDUCTION IN BRAKE PERFORMANCE
Potential soft brake pedal and reduced brake performance due to water induced corrosion of the brake master cylinder and consequential fluid leakage.
Replace the brake master cylinder and refill brake system with fresh fluid.
REAR SUSPENSION CROSS MEMBER MAY HAVE BEEN CUT
The rear suspension cross member may have been cut in production. This could eventually result in failure of the cross member and cause loss of control of the vehicle.
Replace any rear suspension cross member found to be cut.
CRACKS MAY DEVELOP AT THE CARRYING HANDLE PIVOT POINT.
Cracks may occur at the carrying handle pivot point of the ISOFIX 3 - 10 kg child seat. This could cause the handle to become detached from the seat.
Recall the affected seats give a refund or replace with a new seat. (If the customer wishes to continue to use the child seat until the child has outgrown the sea the handle will be removed).
FRONT FLEXIBLE BRAKE HOSES MAY CRACK
It is possible that the outer rubber section of the front brake flexible hoses may crack and in the longer term leak hydraulic fluid.
Replace both front brake hoses with a new design.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF BRAKE SERVO ASSISTANCE
There is a risk of a loss of brake servo assistance due to the incorrect positioning of the air pressure sensor in the inlet manifold.
Check the position of the air pressure sensor and correct where necessary.

Check the position of the air pressure sensor and correct where necessary.
HANDBRAKE MAY SELF RELEASE
Depending on the driver's seat position the locking mechanism of the handbrake lever may fail due to the angle that the lever is operated. This may cause the brake to release even when the car is left unattended
Fit a new improved design handbrake assembly.
CARRYING HANDLE MAY NOT LOCK IN THE UPRIGHT CARRY POSITION.
The carrying handle may not have locked in the upright carry position unless it has been positively checked each time by the user.
Exchange the defective seat for a quality assured replacement.
