POSSIBLE FUEL LEAK
The glass fibre content in the fuel pipe clamps may wear through the various pipes which comprise the engine fuel supply system. This could result in fuel leaks and a loss of power.
Fit modified rubber protected fuel pipe clamps also cable ties where specified.
POTENTIAL LOSS OF POWER STEERING.
The power steering servo hose may become detached at its connection with the steel pressure supply pipe. This will result in loss of the servo oil and make the vehicle difficult to steer.
Cut the original hose and remove it from the steering gear. Fit a new high pressure hose which has a nut and ferrule fixing arrangement.
REAR BRAKES MAY FAIL
Under certain harsh conditions it is possible for the inner section of the rear brake hose to rupture. If a rupture occurs it will lead to the brake fluid leaking and the loss of brake effort.
Recall all likely to be affected machines and fit a modified rear brake hose. Additionally correctly fit where necessary the connections at the brake caliper and 180 degree adaptor.

Cut the original hose and remove it from the steering gear. Fit a new high pressure hose which has a nut and ferrule fixing arrangement.
POSSIBLE DETACHMENT OF REAR WHEELS AND HUB
Rear axle tube may fracture at inner hub bearing location. This can result in the detachment of the hub and rear wheels.
Examine the rear axles on all potentially affected vehicles and fit new casings where necessary.
WIRING CONNECTION CONCERN IN SIDE AIR BAG SRS LOOM
On some vehicles with side air bags there is a faulty connection onto the SRS wiring loom under both front seats. This will cause the SRS warning light to illuminate and the air bag system will be disabled.
Re route and secure the air bag wires and connectors.
POSSIBLE UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF BOTH SIDE AIR BAGS
If the doors of the vehicle are closed with force it may be possible for the side air bags to deploy inadvertently.
Fit new satellite sensors to both sides of the vehicle.
WIRING CONCERN IN SRS LOOM
On some vehicles with side air bags there is a faulty connection onto the SRS wiring loom under both front seats. This will cause the SRS warning light to illuminate and the air bag system will be disabled.
Re-route and secure the air bag wires and connectors.
POSSIBLE FUEL LEAK
Flexible fuel inlet and return pipes (5 of) may split resulting in a serious fuel leak.
Renew all potentially affected fuel pipes.
BRAKE SERVO VACUUM PIPE MAY DETACH
Vacuum Servo Pipe may become detached resulting in loss of servo assistance
Replace vacuum pipe
POSSIBLE MOVEMENT OF BRAKE PADS WITHIN CALIPER
The front brake pad anti-rattle spring mounting bolts may not have been tightened to the correct torque. This could result in the brake pads moving about in the caliper.
Check and if required re-torque the anti-rattle spring mounting bolts.
POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO INNER SIDEWALL OF TYRE
It is possible that the tyre inner side wall may have been damaged during the tyre/wheel balance identification process. In the worst case the tyre could deflate when the car is being driven.
Examine tyre side walls and replace any tyres found to have been damaged as a result of the wheel balancing operation.

PIPE CONNECTED TO NON RETURN VALVE ON PARKING BRAKE MAY DETACH
The pipe connection on the non return valve fitted to the park brake circuit may separate from the connector due to a manufacturing defect. This could cause unintended application of the parking brake.
Fit a replacement quality assured non return valve.
POWER STEERING GEAR LOWER BEARING MAY SEPARATE
Power steering gear lower bearing may separate causing intermittent increased steering effort when turning.
Check lower bearing and where necessary install a new bearing or power steering gear.
REAR SEAT SECURITY CONCERN
The safety belt anchorages and seat mountings of seats behind the driver and front passenger positions have insufficient strength.
Recall affected vehicles and strengthen the seat belt anchorages and seat mountings.

Recall affected vehicles and strengthen the seat belt anchorages and seat mountings.
SHATTER CRACKS MAY OCCUR ON VACUUM PIPE TO BRAKE SERVO
Shatter cracks may occur on the vacuum pipe to the brake servo near the connections. If a vacuum pipe leaks a lot more force will be necessary to operate the brake pedal.
The fitted vacuum pipes will be checked and replaced if necessary.
INSECURITY OF CAB TOP AND SIDE SPOILER BRACKET
It is possible that the cab top and side spoiler brackets may not be securely bonded (glued) to the cab structure.
Check the glued mountings on the top and side spoiler with a spring balance to 40-50 kg. If the bond fails reglue the brackets as per the manufacturer's instructions.
BRAKE CHAMBER MAY BECOME DETACHED FROM MOUNTING BRACKET
The studs securing the front and rear brake chambers may have received the incorrect heat treatment. As a consequence a brake chamber could become detached from it's mounting bracket.
Check and replace the front and rear brake chambers where found necessary.

POSSIBLE AIR LEAK FROM BRAKE SYSTEM
Air may leak from the brake system pipes at the foot valve to multi connection block on the cab.
Replace the four air pipes and the relevant quick connectors.
REAR SIDE SEAT BELT OUTER BUCKLE MAY BREAK
The rear side seatbelt outer buckle may be of a material which has been incorrectly treated. The buckle may break in service. The seat belt would no longer offer a restraining facility
Recall affected vehicles and replace buckle with modified type
