THE BLOWER REGULATOR MAY FAIL
The possibility exists that the heater blower regulator may fail resulting in an increase in temperature and the possibility of a fire.
Recalled vehicles will be retro-fitted with a wiring harness which incorporates a fuse holder.
CERTAIN BURNER TUBES MAY NOT BE MANUFACTURED TO THE CORRECT SPECIFICATION
The material composition of certain stainless steel burner tubes are not within the correct specification. This can cause the burner tubes to deteriorate at an accelerated rate and can possibly fail. In extreme cases this could cause a fire or allow exhaust fumes to enter the vehicle. To date there have been no incidents of property damage or personal injury.
Webasto has initiated a recall of all 11 potentially affected units and will replace all affected burner tubes.
A HYDRAULIC LINE IN THE BRAKING SYSTEM MAY LEAK
A hydraulic line in the braking system may leak
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit a modified brake pipe
BOLTS OF THE TANDEM FUEL PUMP COVER MAY BREAK
It is advised that on some vehicles fitted with a 3 and 4 cylinder pump injector engine the bolts of the tandem fuel pump cover may break due to a bolt production fault. As a result the pump housing will not be tight and a diesel fuel leak may occur.
Recalled vehicles will have the pump checked for being of a certain manufacture. If found to be within the affected range the pump housing cover bolts will be replaced.

SHORT CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR ON THE ELECTRICAL DOOR OPENING
Due to a possible manufacturing defect there is a risk that the internal wiring harness of the door handle may short circuit and trigger the electrical door opening switch of the door. This may result in the door opening without intervention although onboard software of the central locking does not allow this situation to occur over 6mph.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the outside door handles.

POSSIBILITY OF STEEL BELT SEPARATION
Potential of steel belt separation in some of the tyres.
Recall the vehicles with the potentially affected tyres. Inspect the tyres and if a tyre is found to be defective it will be replaced with a new tyre.

SIDE AIRBAGS MAY DEPLOY INADVERTENTLY
Due to incorrect wiring there is a possibility that the side airbags could deploy without warning.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and check the wiring. Incorrect wiring will be modified to correct setting.
HANDBRAKE MECHANISM MAY NOT BE TO SPECIFICATION
There is a possibility that the handbrake mechanism is not to the correct specification and as a result there is a possibility that under certain conditions the vehicle could roll away.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and inspect and test the handbrake mechanism. If necessary replace the brake pads and re-adjust the handbrake cable as specified.
TENSION CRACKS MAY OCCUR ON THE VACUUM PIPE TO THE SERVO
Tension cracks may occur on the vacuum pipe to the brake servo in the area of the connections due to a manufacturing fault. Should a vacuum pipe leak the brake servo will loose it's function. This will result in an increase of force which must be applied to the brake pedal. But will not result in a total failure of the braking system.
Recalled vehicles will have the vacuum pipes checked and if necessary replaced.

TRACK CONTROL ARMS MAY FRACTURE
A material quality defect in the track control arm may result in a fracture.
Ford are to coordinate collection of the affected vehicles replace all the track control arms at dedicated facilities and return the vehicles to the customers.
THE BEARINGS OF THE FUEL INJECTION PUMP MAY FAIL
The bearings of the high pressure fuel injector pump may fail after a short travelled distance (approximately 3000 to 6000 miles) This leads to a total failure of the engine's fuel supply which results in the engine stalling.
Recall likely to be affected vehicles and replace the fuel injector pump.
