SUSPENSION MAY CRACK
There is a possibility of the front wishbones cracking which if ignored could in the worst case lead to front suspension detachment.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to carry out a specific check sequence and then to inspect the wishbones. Where any signs of cracking is found both the wishbones are to be replaced.
EXHAUST FUMES MAY ENTER THE CAB
It is possible for the exhaust pipe of the parking heater to be squeezed and restricted which could result in exhaust fumes entering the cab.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the exhaust pipe and clamp. Additionally the drain hole on the exhaust silencer is to be closed.

REAR SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNTING MAY FAIL
It has been identified that the lower rubber mounting on the metal bush of the rear shock absorbers may fail to meet the quality requirement. Dependant on the mileage and operating conditions the rubber mounting may come completely free from the shock absorber. If this occurs the bodywork would no longer be supported above the wheels causing it to come into contact with the wheel concerned. Should this occur the possibility exists that a critical driving condition might occur or even the risk of an accident.
Recalled vehicles will have the rear shock absorbers checked and replaced if necessary.

ENGINE MAY FAIL
It has been identified that a batch of engines have misaligned oil feed holes between the cylinder head and the camshaft bearings. The reduced oil flow could cause premature wear of the camshaft bearings and may also result in seizure of the engine without prior warning.
Recalled vehicles will be checked by dealers for the presence of the relevant build code and the engine will be renewed if it is within the specified range.
SEATBELT MAY FAIL
It has been identified that during production a spacer has been omitted from the nearside forward facing bed box seatbelt. This over time may cause the seatbelt to wear against the mounting bracket.
Recalled vehicles will be fitted with a replacement seatbelt and spacer.

DRIVE MAY BE TAKEN UP WHILST IN NEUTRAL
Under certain circumstances if the tractor is left with the engine running and the speed sequencer engaged it is possible for the drive to take up and the tractor to move.
A revised operating procedure for dismounting the tractor is to be sent to the tractor owners with an explanatory letter. Also a decal is provided to inform the user to select neutral on the speed sequencer and also how to select neutral. This is to be mounted next to the sequencer.

HEATER MAY OVERHEAT
It has been identified that the potential exists for an over-heat situation within the unit which may be too great for the heat circulation fan housing This could cause the plastic material from which the housing is made to deform or in extreme circumstances to melt.
Subject heaters will be recalled and replaced with units whose fan housing plastics are constructed from a more substantial material. Additionally a heat shield will be added within the heater body.

SWING ARM MAY CRACK
It is possible that the rear swinging arm could crack.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the swinging arm.
SEAT BELT MAY BECOME INSECURE
It is possible that the mounting bolts for rear seat belts on the rear seats may not have been torqued to the correct specification.
Recall all affected vehicles to check and if necessary re-torque the mounting bolts.
SEAT MAY BECOME INSECURE
The threaded connection of the Grammer seat centre bearing may become loose which could overlaod the seat frame and cause it to fracture and fail.
Recall all affected vehicles to have the seat checked repaired or replaced.
PARKING BRAKE MAY APPLY INADVERTENTLLY
There is a possibility that the clamp ring connecting the brake hose of the parking brake relay valve on the rear axle may have been fitted incorrectly. Should the hose detach the spring parking brake would inadvertently apply.
Recalled vehicles will have the position of the clamp ring checked. If found to be incorrect the hose will be cut to the required length and fitted with a new clamp ring and reinforcing sleeve.
