BRAKES MAY FAIL
Due to the possibility of a fault in the production process the flexible rubber brake hoses may not have been correctly vulcanised. As a consequence may partially or totally restrict the internal flow of the brake hydraulic fluid. Should this happen a reduction in efficiency during braking would occur.
Recalled vehicles will have the hoses checked to identify if they are within the affected batch. If this is the case they will be replaced with quality assured items.

ACCESSORY RACK MAY CAUSE INSTABILITY IF OVERLOADED
It has been identified that the luggage top carriage may have insufficient lateral movement. Should this be the case the stability of the machine might be affected if ridden with the accessories fitted at speeds far in excess of the 80 mph/130kph limit warning.
Recalled machines will be checked to ensure that the carriage has sufficient lateral movement.

ENGINE MAY STALL
It has been identified that the engine can stall at idle due to the ECU requiring to be re-mapped.
Recalled machines will have the ECU re-mapped.

IN LOW AMBIENT TEMPERATURE HARD BRAKE PEDAL MAY OCCUR
Hard brake pedal may occur in low ambient temperatures which is caused by a non return valve in the vacuum pump sticking.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to fit a revised non return valve to the brake vacuum pump.

NUMBER PLATE HOLDER MAY DETACH
It has been identified that due to a manufacturing deviation the number plate holder may break.
Recalled machines will be fitted with a quality assured number plate holder.
REAR AXLE HUB MAY FAIL
It has been identified that there is a possibility that a rear axle hub might fracture. Additionally fractures might occur in the clutch housing due to insufficient rigidity of the material.
Subject vehicles will have the rear hubs replaced. Additionally the clutch housing with one constructed of cast iron.
SUSPENSION JOINT MAY FAIL
The Anti - Roll Bar chassis mounting bracket may fail allowing the Anti - Roll Bar to become insecure
Recall affected vehicles and replace chassis mounting bracket with modified type.
POTENTIAL LEAK OF BRAKE LINE
Corrosion may occur in the brake line to the front/rear axle distibuter. If left unattended this could result in brake fluid leakage and loss of brake efficiency.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the brake pipe with one of a modified design.

FIXING SCREWS OF COOLING UNIT ARE MISSING
Fire could occur as a result of a screw retaining the cooling unit coming loose. The ensuing vibrations can then lead to a gas leak on the valve screw connection.
Recall the units that are likely to be affected to where necessary replace the fixings used to retain the cooling unit to carry out appropriate gas tests and rectify leaks.
BRAKING PERFORMANCE MAY BE AFFECTED
Brake servo assistance from the vacuum pump may be reduced under certain cold start conditions. The brakes will still function but more pressure on the pedal will be required than normal.
