SHORT CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR
It has been identified that the main switch can crack which can cause an electrical short circuit.
Recalled vehicles will have initially had the subject switch disconnected. However an exchange switch has now been mae availagble to all customers who require it and will be fitted free of charge.
RISK OF FIRE
It has been identified that on subject machines the fuel hose may not have been properly connected to the fuel injector delivery pipe creating the possibility of a fuel leak resulting in the risk of fire or an explosion.
Recalled machines will be inspected to ensure that the fuel hose has been properly secured to the fuel rail. The fuel hose will be replaced if the clip is damaged and will not lock correctly.

SEAT LATCHING SYSTEM MAY FAIL
In extreme circumstances the seat latching system may fail to hold the seat in it correct location. If this occurs the passenger make contact the dashboard or result in the driver loosing control.
Recall the affected vehicles to have additional brackets fitted to the front seats and replace the travel end stops.
STEERING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE MAY BE LOST
The Track Rod clamping bracket gaps may have closed before the correct torque has been reached which may allow the track rod to gradually work loose.
Recall affected vehicles to check and if action is required new clamping brackets will be fitted and bolts tightened to correct torque.
GLASS ROOF PANEL MAY DETACH
It has been identified that the panoramic glass roof panel may not have been correctly bonded to the vehicle. Should this be the case the roof panel could detach.
Recalled vehicles will have the panoramic glass roof panel renewed.

Recalled vehicles will have the panoramic glass roof panel renewed.
RISK OF INSTABILITY
It is possible that the material used for the rear anti roll bar supports may be incorrect and could collapse causing serious stability concerns.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace both the rear anti roll bar supports.
INCORRECT MACHINING OF BRAKE CALIPER
Some left-hand front brake calipers have been incorrectly machined thus interfering with the brake union (Banjo) bolt stem which can potentially result in an improper seal between these components and in extreme result in a loss of brake efficiency.
Recall affected machine and check caliper. If affected replace with quality assured component.
POSSIBLE TRAILER DETACHMENT
It has been identified that in adverse conditions the securing pin of the coupling release handle can become unfastened due to an oversize drilling. Loss of the pin can result in the coupling not being securely fastened.
Operators will be sent a repair kit to secure the pin. In addition a work method advising as to the pre-driving checks that need to be carried out.

WHEEL MAY DETACH
The rear wheel bearings may fail causing axle spindle breakage. In extreme circumstances the wheel may become detached.
Recall affected vehicles to improve manufacture and assembly of rear wheel hub.
REDUCED BRAKING PERFORMANCE
It has been identified that internal leakage of the brake master cylinder could occur. Should this be the case the driver may experience reduced braking performance whilst applying and maintaining force on the brake pedal.
Recalled vehicles will have the brake master cylinder inspected and possibly replaced. At the same time the brake fluid reservoir will be checked and the affected pipes cleansed.

STEERING POWER ASSISTANCE MAY FAIL
It has been identified thatthe steering gear pressure hose may become damaged due to conflict with the engine cooling fan. Should the hose come into contact with the cooling fan there could be a sudden draining of the hydraulic oil from the system and loss of steering power assistance.
Recalled vehicles will have the steering pressure hose secured to avoid possible engine cooling fan contact.

FRONT AXLE SECURITY
There is a possibility that the air suspension carrier frame on the front axle may tear at the connection (bolting) to the axle. Therefore if not checked and rectified it may effect the security of the axle which may effect the steering characteristics.
Recall the affected vehicles to check the connecting bolts between the carrier frame and axle.

WHEEL HUB MAY BECOME INSECURE
The incorrect specification bolts were supplied in a previous recall. The bolts supplied were too long which can affect the security of the hub.
Recall all affected vehicles to check bolts and if necessary replace the bolts.
SEMI TRAILER COULD UNCOUPLE
There is a possibility that the semi trailer may uncouple due to the locking pin in the fifth wheel's control handle being insufficient.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the serial number of the fifth wheel and where necessary fit a locking pin kit.
