    SHORT CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR

    Defect

    It has been identified that the main switch can crack which can cause an electrical short circuit.

    Remedy

    Recalled vehicles will have initially had the subject switch disconnected. However an exchange switch has now been mae availagble to all customers who require it and will be fitted free of charge.

    RISK OF FIRE

    Defect

    It has been identified that on subject machines the fuel hose may not have been properly connected to the fuel injector delivery pipe creating the possibility of a fuel leak resulting in the risk of fire or an explosion.

    Remedy

    Recalled machines will be inspected to ensure that the fuel hose has been properly secured to the fuel rail. The fuel hose will be replaced if the clip is damaged and will not lock correctly.

    Defect

    In extreme circumstances the seat latching system may fail to hold the seat in it correct location. If this occurs the passenger make contact the dashboard or result in the driver loosing control.

    Remedy

    Recall the affected vehicles to have additional brackets fitted to the front seats and replace the travel end stops.

    Defect

    The Track Rod clamping bracket gaps may have closed before the correct torque has been reached which may allow the track rod to gradually work loose.

    Remedy

    Recall affected vehicles to check and if action is required new clamping brackets will be fitted and bolts tightened to correct torque.

    Defect

    Some left-hand front brake calipers have been incorrectly machined thus interfering with the brake union (Banjo) bolt stem which can potentially result in an improper seal between these components and in extreme result in a loss of brake efficiency.

    Remedy

    Recall affected machine and check caliper. If affected replace with quality assured component.

    It has been identified thatthe steering gear pressure hose may become damaged due to conflict with the engine cooling fan. Should the hose come into contact with the cooling fan there could be a sudden draining of the hydraulic oil from the system and loss of steering power assistance.

    Remedy

    Recalled vehicles will have the steering pressure hose secured to avoid possible engine cooling fan contact.
