INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WARNING SPEAKER MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY
It has been identified thatthe instrument cluster speaker performance may be compromised by an over aggressive waveform. Which in the worst case could cause the speaker wires to fail. Thus negating the warning sound for various driver information functions.
Recalled vehicles will have the instrument cluster reconfigured.
POSSIBLE RISK OF FIRE
A short circuit on the printed circuit board for the washer fluid heater may overheat the control-circuit ground wire. This may cause other electrical malfunctions create an odour or cause smoke. In rare cases it may cause a fire.
Recall all affected vehicles and install a wiring harness which includes an in-line fuse.
BRAKES MAY APPLY INADVERTENTLY
It has been identified that a fitting in the emergency line had been supplied which was not suitable for trailer braking applications and had the potential to split open during operation. Should the fitting fail the trailer brakes would apply in the emergency mode.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject fitting replaced with a fitting which is suitable for the application.
FRONT SUSPENSION ARM COULD FAIL.
It has been identified that during manufacture an incorrect tightening torque may have been applied to the front suspension ball joint retaining nuts. This can result in the ball joint becoming loose in it's taper and in extreme circumstances an increase in wear may cause the suspension arm to break.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject ball joint retaining nuts checked for correct torque. Should this not be the case both suspension levers and the hub carrier will be changed.
FIFTH WHEEL BASE MAY FRACTURE
Under extreme conditions the fifth wheel bed plate may flex and damage the fifth wheel base.
Recall affected vehicles replace the fifth wheel and bed plate if manufactured by GF
BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM MAY FAIL
It has been identified that due to poor grounding the battery may not be charged.
Recalled machines will have a heat ground fitted to the voltage regulator which will be replaced.

POSSIBLE FAILURE OF PARKING BRAKE
It has been identified that the parking brake cable connector situated between the primary and intermediate parking brake cables may fracture. Should this occur the parking brake function would be lost.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject cable connector replaced.
POSSIBLE FAILURE OF PARKING BRAKE
It has been identified that the possibility exists that the intermediate handbrake connector may break resulting in the cable potentially separating from the connector. The possibility then exists that parking brake functionality would be lost.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject connector replaced.
STEERING TRACK ROD END CLAMP BOLTS MAY NOT BE FULLY TIGHT
It has been identified that during manufacture the nuts on the clamp joint on the steering track rod may not have been tightened to the correct torque. This could result in the clamping force being lost.
Recalled vehicles will have the clamp bolt nuts checked to ensure compliance with the specification.
SLIDING FIFTH WHEEL MAY MOVE INADVERTENTLY
It has been identified that the near and offside locking plunger fixing bolts may have been incorrectly located. Should this be the case the fifth wheel would not be correctly locked to the slider frame.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts checked for correct fitment with the fifth wheel being changed if this is not the case.

AXLE MAY BECOME INSECURE
It has been identified that during production the U bolt nuts on all axles may not have been tightened to the correct torque.
Recalled vehicles will have the U bolt nuts checked for correct torque. The U bolts will be changed if any of the nuts are found to be loose.

FUEL MAY LEAK FROM PARTICULATE FILTER
It has been identified that a connector in the diesel particulate filter fuel system may not be correctly attached. If this is ignored fuel may leak from the connector during a particulate filter regeneration cycle.
Recalled vehicles will have the connector checked and tightened as necessary.

LIGHTING HARNESS COULD OVERHEAT RESULTING IN LOSS OF SOME VEHICLE FUNCTIONS
It has been identified that use of a non standard interior lighting harness may cause excessive current flow and possible overheating and damage to a control unit This can result in the loss of a number of vehicle functions.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject wiring harness modified.
GEAR CHANGE MAY BE AFFECTED
The gearbox in auto shift mode may not smoothly shift down through the gears as road speed decreases.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to re-program the electronic control unit with the correct data.

REAR AXLE MAY BECOME INSECURE
It has been identified that due to an incorrect manufacturing process the U bolts used to secure the rear axle could break resulting initially in a rattling noise emanating from the rear axle. Should this be symptom be ignored insecurity of the rear axle could result.
Recalled vehicles will have the rear axle U bolts replaced with quality assured items.
