REAR SPOILER COULD BECOME DETACHED WHEN DRIVING.
It has been identified that the holders of the rear spoiler may break. Should this occur whilst the vehicle is being driven the spoiler may detach completely.
Recalled vehicles will have the three attachment areas of the rear spoiler modified with additional bonded on reinforcements
TRAILER KING PIN MAY DETACHED
In situations of extremely heavy use it is possible for a crack to develop around the King Pin. If ignored the crack may develop with the risk that the King Pin may be torn away.
Recall affected vehicles and apply strengthening welds and stiffening cross member in front of the King Pin
TYRE MAY PUNCTURE BY CONTACTING WHEEL ARCH
The GRP body specifically the wheelarch has been manufactured to an incorrect profile and can under certain circumstances come into contact with the tyre and may puncture it.
Recall affected vehicles to check or trim wheelarch to create a 25 mm tolerance between tyre and body
STEERING RESPONSE MAY BE INCORRECT
It has been identified that during the build process of the subject vehicles a safety critical action to check the torque of the front sub frame assembly bolts was omitted. Should the situation be ignored the driver would become aware of an unusual steering response.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts inspected to ascertain whether they have been paint marked to indicate that the torque has been checked during production. Should this not be the case the bolts will be re-torqued.

MAIN FRAME MAY CRACK
It has been identified that the risk exists that the rear shock absorber upper mounting may break. Should this occur control of the machine may be lost.
Recalled machines will have the subject area inspected for cracks and reinforced if none are present. Should a crack be evident the complete frame will be changed.
FULL WINDSCREEN RETENTION MAY NOT BE ACHIEVED IN THE EVENT OF AN AIR-BAG DEPLOYMENT
The windscreen bonding process to vehicle may not be effective. Water and wind ingress may occur. In extreme cases in an air bag deployment or collision the windscreen may detach.
Recall affected vehicles to check for presence of primer/activator on REAR tailgate glass. If present no further action is required as all screen security is assured. If not present the FRONT windscreen will be removed and re-fitted in-line with exiting service repair procedures.
SERVICE BRAKE MAY BE LOST
Service and parking brake actuator hoses may fail due to insufficient crimping of the metal ferrule on the hose. If one or more service brake hoses fail there would be a marked reduction in braking capability. If a parking brake hose failed the parking brakes would automatically apply without warning.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to fit quality assured hoses.
BRAKING PERFORMANCE MAY BE AFFECTED
It has been identified that on specific vehicles the vacuum pipe to the servo may become damaged.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject vacuum line replaced.
LOSS OF TRANSMISSION MAY OCCUR
It has been identified that the transmission oil cooler pipes may not have been manufactured to the correct specification. This can result in the pipes vibrating and breaking in the vicinity of the alternator.
Recalled vehicle will have the subject oil cooler pipes replaced.
REAR WHEEL SPOKES MAY BE IMPACTED
It has been identified that due to a weakness in the material it is possible for the brain mounting situated on the alloy seat mount to fail. Should this occur it could result in the brain reservoir contacting the rear wheel spokes which could lead to the rider falling from the machine.
Subject machines will have the alloy seat stay replaced.
STEERING MAY NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY
Operator may need to exert a force greater than expected to initiate the turning of the steering handlebar in order to correct its trajectory.
Recall affected machines and re-program dynamic power steering system to improve smoothness of operation.
WHEEL STUDS MAY BECOME LOOSE
A possible substandard tapping of one or more of the wheel stud holes may result in a reduction of the wheel stud to hub torque setting.
Recall affected vehicles and replace hubs.
TYRE MAY DEGRADE PREMATURELY
Tyre fitted to PO889 (Wheel and tyre assembly) 195/60R12C Kargomax ST6000 may fail prematurely
Recall affected trailers and replace tyres.
