INDICATOR STEM MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY
It has been identified that the material for the front and rear indicator mounting stems have been manufactured from the incorrect material. This can result in the mounting stem failing and in extreme cases could allow the indicator to detach.
Recall all affected machines and replace the front and rear indicator mounting stems
THROTTLE MAY NOT RETURN TO IDLE
Due to a production fault on the upper part of the throttle grip housing the throttle cable wire may slide out of the deflection roller and become wedged between the deflection roller and the housing. This blocks the throttle slide and may result in an uncontrollable riding situation.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the upper part of the hand throttle control housing the deflector roller and bronze bushing.
DOOR PANEL MAY CAUSE INJURY
In the event of a side impact on a small number of vehicles fitted with the Sabelt seat option the door side panels may break in an unsuitable way and possibly cause injury to the occupants.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the door panels.
POTENTIAL LOSS OF CONTROL
As a result of certain front suspension mounting bolts being over tightened at the factory the front suspension could fail and loss of vehicle control could occur.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the front struts and mounting bolts.
BRAKING MAY BE AFFECTED
The electric Brake Vacuum Pump on i- MiEV might become inoperable due to a manufacturing error. If this happens the vacuum to assist the brake booster is not available. This will lead to an increased brake pedal force being required to stop the vehicle. Consequently this could lead to an increased stopping distance.
Replace vacum pump
POSSIBLE BRAKE FAILURE
It is possible that the material specification of the brake pedal pin retaining R clip is not correct. This can cause the spring tension of the clip to reduce. If not rectified there is a possibility that the R clip could become detached which can result in the separation of the brake pedal and the brake booster push rod. This will result in brake failure.
Recall all affected vehicles and replace the R clip with a new quality assured one.
REAR SPOILER MAY BECOME DETACHED
The rear spoiler may detach at high speed due to high variance in temperature change aggressive car wash systems or use of racks as they may weaken the spoiler mouldings.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected for rebonding or reinforcement of the rear tailgate spoiler (depending on type of tailgate).
FUEL MAY LEAK
It has been identified during product quality monitoring that on certain vehicles it is possible that the fuel line may detach from the connectors due to chemical influences.
Insert an additional hose clamp and thereby fix the return line in place.
SPOT WELDS MAY NOT HOLD
On a very limited number of vehicles it is necessary to check the presence of specific spot welds on the vehicle body shell. Should it be identified that one of the welds has been missed in production the vehicle cannot be repaired. In the long term and in very rare cases body noises and squeaking could appear.
In the rare case that the vehicle does not comply the vehicle will be removed from the road and the customer will be provided with a replacement vehicle.
ACCELERATOR PEDAL MAY BE IMPEDED BY FLOOR MAT
With the use of all weather or ribbed accessory floor mats temporary contract between the floor mat and accelerator pedal cannot be completely ruled out. In the event of contact between the floor mat and accelerator pedal the accelerator pedal may possibly be released with a delay.
Check whether the vehicle is equipped with an all weather or ribbed accessory floor mat. If one of the affected floor mats is inserted in the driver footwell the floor mat must be removed from the vehicle so that the above complaint can no longer occur.

INCORRECT SEAT BOLTS FITTED
It is possible that the wrong specification mounting bolts have been used on the passenger seat floor slider. If involved in an accident/collision it is extremely possible that the bolts could fail and result in detachment of the seat.
Recall all the affected vehicle to check the mounting bolt and replace if required.
AIRBAG MAY RELEASE HIGH TEMPERATURE GASES
In the event that the driver airbag is deployed during a frontal impact small holes may occur on the surface of the airbag. The holes are caused by high temperature gases from the airbag inflator exhausting directly onto the surface of the airbag material. The high temperature gas/airbag material may contact the drivers skin. The deployment performance of the driver airbag is not affected.
To replace the driver airbag with new.
LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL
On affected vehicles the upper section of the front right shock absorber may not be correctly tightened. This could eventually cause noise or banging and if left may affect the efficiency of the shock absorber.
Replace the front right shock absorber.
ENGINE MAY STALL
The engine may stall due to premature wear of a bearing in the fuel pump. Prior to failure an abnormal noise will occur and continued use of the machine in this condition could lead to decreased engine power and eventual failure of the bearing.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the fuel pump with a new one.
WINDOW MAY DETACH
UV radiation can cause the bonding between the inner and outer pane of the window to fail. Early indications of this debonding should be identified by the owner or at service. However if not identified or action to address the issue is not taken it is possible that the window pane could become loose or in the worst situation could even detach.
Recall all affected caravans to install an improved security device between panes or if the window has failed then replace the defective windows.
WINDOW COULD DETACH
UV radiation can cause the bonding between the inner and outer pane of the window to fail. Early indications of this debonding should be identified by the owner or at service. However if not identified or action to address the issue is not taken it is possible that the window pane could become loose or in the worst situation could even detach.

REDUCTION IN BRAKING PERFORMANCE
A small number of Vauxhall Combo D models may have a brake servo vacuum pipe connector that could break resulting in an unexpected hard brake pedal and reduced braking performance.
Check and if necessary to replace the brake servo vacuum pipe with connector.
POSSIBILITY OF LOSS OF CONTROL
Premature wheel bearing wear/play can occur as the bearings may not be manufactured to specification.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the affected wheel bearings.

REAR BRAKE CALLIPER MOUNTING BOLTS MAY BE TORQUED INCORRECTLY
The rear brake caliper mounting bolts may not be to the required torque. Therefore the bolts may slacken and cause noise.
Recall the vehicles are likely to be affected to replace the rear caliper mounting bolts and ensure they are correctly torqued.
BRAKE FLUID MAY LEAK - BRAKING EFFICIENCY MAY BE AFFECTED
The rear brake pipe bracket to axle securing bolt may fail due to inconsistencies in bolt manufacture. Low clamp load of the joint could lead to bolt failure and subsequent fatigue failure of the rear brake bundy pipe. This would result loss of brake fluid and significantly reduced brake performance (single circuit brake operation only and soft brake pedal).
The original bolt will be replaced with a new bolt and locking nut.
