Vauxhall DV5R Engines Camshaft Chain.
Vehicles may be affected by premature wearing of the camshaft drive chain leading to abnormal noise or to a breakage of the chain in the worst case.
Update the software to improve oil pressure and reduce wear. Check the engine noise and replace the chain if required. If no problem found change the oil to one with higher viscosity and special anti-wear additives.
Passenger airbag inflator
On affected vehicles the passenger airbag inflator housing may rupture due to excessive internal pressure during normal airbag deployment events. An inflator rupture during airbag deployment events could result in metal fragments striking and potentially seriously injuring the vehicle occupant(s).
Replace the passenger airbag.
Fault monitoring for SideGuard Assist inactive due to parameter error
It has been determined that due to a parameter error of the VRDU3 in the event of a fault in the SideGuardAssist assistance system (for example in the form of a sensor fault) the driver is not notified of the assistance system fault as prescribed by UN ECE R 151. As the driver is not informed of the failure of the assistance function the protection of particularly vulnerable road users may be impaired.
Remedy is by way of a Software update.

Checking air spring strut
A retaining ring may not be securely seated in the area of the support mounting on the air spring struts on your vehicle. If the retaining ring comes loose from its groove air will escape from the affected air spring strut. This directly impairs the vehicle’s driving dynamics and results in an increased accident risk
Check the affected air spring struts and replace them if necessary.

C0456 Gear selector switch replace
On affected vehicles there is a risk of premature wear inside the gear selector switch. This could lead to the vehicle decelerating and moving backwards unintentionally without any command by the driver.
Fit a modified gear selector switch and install updated software.
Trekker Brake Line Issue
There is a potential issue with a vehicle brake line installation on a MY24/25 Trekker motorhome product. The freshwater tank installation which is designed and installed by Swift as part of the motorhome base vehicle conversion may have been positioned such that the tank comes into contact with the base vehicle's rear brake line when the suspension moves through its full range of travel. This has the potential to compromise the performance of the braking system.
Removal inspection and relocating of the tank.
C0455 Traction Battery Inspect/Replace
ESS Traction battery. There is a risk that a small metal piece from a broken terminal fixation might come loose and create a short circuit between battery cells inside the traction battery which might lead to overheating and a risk of fire. There will be a red warning in the instrument cluster to the driver if a short-circuit is detected inside the battery before the battery overheats.
Replacement of ESS Traction battery.
