BRAKING PERFORMANCE MAY BE REDUCED
Anomalies in the manufacturing process have resulted in certain batches of hand brake cylinders with defective machining. This can lead to early wear of the sealing cup in the hand brake cylinder thus leading to impaired braking performance.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and check the batch number of the hand brake cylinder. If the batch number appears on the affected list replace the hand brake cylinder.

WINDOW ADHESION MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY BONDED
In the event of an accident the windows bonded tie down rails and the super high roof (if fitted) could detach and increase the risk of injury due to the lack of adhesion of non-conforming paint.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and remove/install all bonded windows (excluding the windshield) and tie down rails and/or super high roof (if present) as well as repainting the corresponding bonding surfaces.
BONDED WINDOWS MAY DETACH IN A COLLISION

FRONTAL AIRBAGS AND SEATBELT PRETENSIONERS
The Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) which controls the airbag and pretensioner deployment contains a software defect which may prevent the deployment of frontal airbags and pretensioners in certain rare circumstances. If the frontal airbags and seatbelt pretensioners do not deploy when required there is an increased risk of injury to occupants in a crash.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and reprogram the SDM with new software. In vehicles with any previous deployment events recorded in the SDM the existing SDM will be replaced with a new SDM containing the latest software.

FUEL MAY LEAK
A high pressure fuel line to the fuel pump may work looses and allow diesel to leak
On affected vehicles replace fuel line

FLOOR PAN COULD BE PUNCTURED
A foreign object could puncture the front floor cover which can present a risk to the vehicle occupants.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and fit additional reinforcement to the floor.
FRONT WHEEL MAY LOCK
The pad abutment plate securing screw may come loose. This can cause scoring of the brake disc surface face. If ignored it is thought possible the plate could stop the front wheel from turning and increase the risk of collision.
Recall the callipers that are likely to be affected. A new bolt with locking compound applied on assembly will be used.
CNG TANK MAY BURST
Overtime external damage on the paint coat leads to corrosion on the gas tanks. A tank can burst when being filled if it has been weakened by corrosion which remained undiscovered fo many years. A bursting gas tank can cause serious or fatal injuries.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and check the paint syatem. If necessary the gas tanks will be replaced.
REAR WHEEL TRIM PANELS MAY DETACH
There is the potential that the brackets for the locks of the wheel cut out trim panels may become detached causing an increase risk of collision for other road users.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace rear wheel cut out trim panels with a modified version.

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace rear wheel cut out trim panels with a modified version.
LOSS OF POWER ASSISTANCE
During normal driving it is possible for the Power Steering Assistance Malfunction Indicator Lamp to illuminate followed by the possible loss of Power Steering Assistance. This will result in the steering becoming more stiff to operate and more input required by the driver.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the Electronic Power Steering ECU and wiring harness.
FIRE MAY OCCUR
The Glow Plug Control Module (GPCM) can be affected by wet conditions. It is not waterproof and water ingress into the module may cause overheating with the potential to result in a fire. As the GPCM has a permanent electrical live feed there is also a potential risk of an unattended vehicle fire.
Replace the Glow Plug Control Module
ROOF VENT MAY DETACH
It has been identified that the roof vent/hood may have been fitted with the incorrect screws around the hinge area. In additions some vents/hoods may not have been glued correctly. These issues could result in a detachment of the roof vent/hood which could pose a risk to other road users or pedestrians.
Recall all affected vehicles to check to roof vents/hoods and repair as manufacturers instructions.
FUEL MAY LEAK
On affected vehicles silicone may have adhered to the welding surface of the rollover valve (ROV) fitted to the fuel tank during production The presence of silicone may have an effect on the welding causing the possibility of a fuel leak.
Replace fuel tank on affected vehicles.
BACK DOORS / HATCHBACK MAY BE UNSUPPORTED WHEN OPEN
The paint coating applied to the back door gas stay does not comply with the design requirement for anti-corrosion. Therefore the outer tube of the gas stay may corrode and crack resulting in the loss of the pressurised gas inside the gas stay. In this condition the gas stay would be unable to support the opening of the back door allowing it to drop on the vehicle user.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the back door gas stay.
REAR SUSPENSION SPRING EYE BOLT MAY FAIL
It has been identified that the rear axle suspension spring hanger bracket bolt may not have been tightened to the correct specification. This can result in the bolt/nut loosing its torque which can result in the failure of the spring eye bolt. This could then affect the stability of the vehicle.
Recall all affected vehicles to check the rear axle suspension spring hanger/spring eye bolt and replace if required.
