INTERNAL IGNITION SWITCH SPRING MAY HAVE BEEN MAUNFACTURED WITH A SURFACE DEFECT
Ignition Switch spring defect may cause engine to be turned off while driving
Inspect and where necessary replace the Ignition Switch
SIDE STAND CONNECTION MAY BEND/BREAK
On G310-models the side stand connection might bend or in extreme case brake. It is not possible to completely rule out an insecure standing position of the vehicle where this fault occurs.
On affected vehicles the side stand connection will be checked for prior damage and an additional Bearing block for reinforcement purposes will be installed.
SIDE STAND CONNECTION MAY BEND/BREAK
On G310-models the side stand connection might bend or in extreme case break. It is not possible to completely rule out an insecure standing position of the vehicle where this fault occurs.
On affected machines the side stand connection will be checked for prior damage and an additional bearing block for reinforcement purposes will be installed.
PETROL LEAKS FROM THE PETROL TANK UNDERSIDE
Petrol leaks from the underside of the petrol tank.
Affected motorcycles will be replaced or bought back by manufacture
HYDRAULIC CLUTCH INNER ACTUATOR HOUSING MAY DAMAGE INNER OIL SEAL
Hydraulic Clutch Actuator could cause fire
Inspect and repair or replace actuator

FAULT IN NAVIGATION SOFTWARE
There is a fault in the navigation software on certain E-Class (213) Cars that have SD card navigation.
Update the software of the navigation system on affected vehicles.
ACCESSORY TOP BOX COULD BECOME DETACHED
The bosses in the top case plate may not be strong enough and could cause the securing plate to break
Replace top case plate
OIL FOAM MAY DEVELOP IN THE ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM OIL RESERVOIR
It has been determined that on Model series ML/GLE GL/GLS (166) & GLE Coupe (292) with ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM (ACS) Oil foam may develop in the systems oil reservoir under dynamic operating conditions and at an oil level below the minimum level and escape via the ventilation bores in the cap of the reservoir. Depending on the orientation of the two ventilation bores the escaping oil could spray onto hot component parts of the exhaust system. In this case risk of fire cannot be ruled out.
On affected vehicles replace the oil dipstick of the reservoir for the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM.
REAR LOWER CONTROL ARM MAY EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE CORROSION
The rear lower control arms may experience excessive corrosion eventually resulting in a fracture A fractured rear control arm could cause reduced vehicle control and can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning
Replace both rear lower control arms
ENGINE SUSPENSION REACTION BRACKET NOT FITTED ON THE TRANSMISSION SIDE
Some vehicles were assembled without the engine suspension reaction bracket fitted on the transmission side. The vehicles must be repaired by fitting the missing components (transmission reaction bracket and washer). The defect can be detected by noise and vibration being emitted from the front area of the vehicle. If ignored a possible consequence is a failed differential box resulting in oil leakage and in some cases the drive shaft could become disengaged and drop below the vehicle whilst in motion.
Fit the missing components (transmission reaction bracket and washer).
FRONT WHEEL CHAIR LIFT CONTROL WIRE INCORRECTLY FUSED.
The front wheelchair lift control wire has been fused incorrectly leading to the possibility of an electrical short circuit and subsequently an electrical fire.
The remedy involves inspecting the electrical circuit and protecting the wire with a lower rated fuse.
COMMUNICATION MODULE SOFTWARE INCORRECT SPECIFICATION FOR EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM
Emergency call software not to specification
Update software on affected vehicles
VEHICLE SHORT CAUSING CAN-C BUS TO STOP COMMUNICATING
A short in the vehicle causing the CAN-C bus to stop communicating while the cruise control is active and the vehicle speed is below the set speed such that the cruise control system is requesting positive torque at the exact moment of the short it is possible for a positive torque request to be locked on the PCM. This may result in either the vehicle maintaining its current speed or possibly accelerating.
Inspect the software level of the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and if necessary reprogram the PCM

REAR BRAKE PADS HAVE EXCEEDED THE DISC
The rear brake pads have exceeded the disc and once they have worn to a certain level then the rear brake may become inoperable. The front brake will still work as they are independent.
The dealers will be required to change the calliper mounting bracket and brake pads.
TOO LITTLE OR MISSING CLEARANCE FROM HYDRAULIC OIL PRESSURE HOSE TOWARDS FRAME MEMBER
Too little or missing clearance from hydraulic oil pressure hose towards frame member causing chaffing and oil leakage.
Adjust hose clearance to ensure chaffing is avoided with the engine running.
SOLAR PANEL MAY BECOME DETACHED WHILST DRIVING
Potential for solar panel to become detached from the vehicle.
Inspect and if the problem is evident the panel will need to be resealed.
