ONE OR MORE FIXATIONS OF THE SEATBELTS LOWER BOLTS MAY NOT BE TIGHTENED CORRECTLY
The tightening and positioning of the seat belt lower bolts may be incorrect.
This campaign consists of checking and if necessary correcting both the position of the bolt and the tightening torque of all of the lower fixings of the seat belts.
THERE MAY BE INCREASED PEDAL TRAVEL AS A RESULT OF PRODUCTION TOLERANCES
There may be increased pedal travel as a result of production tolerances
The brake calliper housing (with actuator motor) must be replaced on the vehicles affected
NON-CONFORMITY OF THE REAR BRAKE CALIPERS
A non-conformity of the rear brake callipers could reduce the efficiency of the parking brake.
Check and if necessary replace the callipers

THE REAR BRAKE HOSES MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO MOVEMENT BETWEEN THESE HOSES AND A CLIP
The rear brake hoses may have been damaged over time due to inappropriate movement between these hoses and a clip.
Check the condition of the rear left-hand and right-hand brake hoses and replacing them if necessary. A new retaining clip is fitted on all vehicles to prevent this relative movement.
THE E-CALL FUNCTION MAY NOT WORK CORRECTLY
Due to a fault of the software of the OCU control unit (Online Connectivity Unit) the e-call function may work incorrectly.
An update of the software of the OCU control unit has to be carried out.
THE BRAKE SERVO PULL ROD BALL COUPLING MAY HAVE BEEN PUT INTO THE MOUNTING OF THE BRAKE PEDAL INCORRECTLY
The ball coupling of the push rod of the electromechanical brake servo may have been wrongly slotted into the mounting on the brake pedal.
Check the ball coupling into the mounting of the brake pedal. If the ball coupling is incorrectly slotted in the brake servo and mounting in the brake pedal must be replaced.
IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT THE FUEL TANK COULD BE DAMAGED AND LEAK
The fuel tank could be damaged and leak in the event of an accident.
A component protector must be fitted to a bracket on the body of the vehicles affected.
THE E-CALL FUNCTION MAY NOT WORK CORRECTLY
Due to a fault of the software of the OCU control unit (Online Connectivity Unit) the e-call function may work incorrectly.
An update of the software of the OCU control unit has to be carried out.
THIRD ROW SEAT BELT PILLAR D-LOOP UPPER ANCHORAGES MAY NOT FULFILL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
The third row seat belt pillar D-loop upper anchorages may not fulfil the legal load requirements
Replace the existing 14x26 mm bolt used to attach the seat belt D-loop with a 14x40mm bolt.
THE CURRENT ENGINE CONTROL UNIT CALIBRATION MAY PREVENT THE THROTTLE PLATES FROM RETURNING TO IDLE POSITION
Engine Control Unit (ECU) calibration may prevent the throttle plates from returning to idle position after an engine stalling.

ONE OR BOTH LED DAYTIME RUNNING LAMPS MAY FLICKER FLASH OR FAIL COMPLETELY
One or both LED daytime Running Lamps may flicker flash or fail completely.
Replace sealing gaskets and install gas absorbing sheets on affected units that operate normally. Replace any faulty units.
THE REAR SPOILER ATTACHED TO THE TOP EDGE OF THE TAILGATE ADJOINING THE REAR OF THE ROO CAN BE INADEQUATELY BONDED ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE
The rear spoiler attached to the top edge of the tailgate adjoining the rear of the roof can be inadequately bonded on the Right Hand side
Check for correct adhesion and replace if faulty
THE REAR SPOILER ATTACHED TO THE TOP EDGE OF THE TAILGATE ADJOINING THE REAR OF THE ROO CAN BE INADEQUATELY BONDED ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE
The rear spoiler attached to the top edge of the tailgate adjoining the rear of the roof can be inadequately bonded on the Right Hand side
Check for correct adhesion and replace if faulty
THE INSTRMENT CLUSTER MAY BECOME NON-OPERATIONAL.
The instrument cluster may become non-operational

THE STOP SCREWS FOR THE PIN BETWEEN THE FIFTH WHEEL PLATE AND PEDESTAL MIGHT BE MISSING
The stop screws for the pin between the fifth wheel plate and pedestal might be missing.
Fit the stop screws where required
THE DATA VERSION OF THE ENGINE CONTROL UNIT MUST BE UPDATED TO IMPROVE THE NITROGEN OXIDE EMISSIONS
The affected vehicle may not meet prescribed emission limits.
The engine control unit must be updated in order to improve the engine control system.
VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN FITTED WITH THE INCORRECT TWIN BATTERY POSITIVE CABLE
Vehicles may have been fitted with the wrong twin battery positive cable.
Inspect affected vehicles install a new twin battery cable and correct the cable routing if the concern is identified.
THE ELECTRIC CHILD LOCK MAY NOT BE MECHANICALLY LOCKED ALTHOUGH SWITCHED ON BY DRIVER
Under very specific conditions the electric child lock is not mechanically locked although it has been switched on by the driver.
On the affected vehicles the software of the on-board supply control unit has to be reconfigured.
THE ENGINE OIL MAY POSSIBLY REACH THE BRAKE SERVO THROUGH THE VACUUM HOSE
It is possible that engine oil reaches the brake servo through the vacuum hose from the tandem pump to the brake servo.
The vacuum line from the tandem pump is replaced. It must also be checked whether other components have come into contact with oil and therefore need to be replaced too.
VEHICLES WITH AN INTEGRATED BACKUP BATTERY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED WITHOUT A SEAT BASE COVER
Vehicles fitted with an auxiliary battery installed under the right front seat may have been delivered without a seat base cover
Retro-fit the seat box cover to the affected vehicles
